Background History:
When Rayne was born his parents were both very excited, being he was the first born. They spoiled him like an apple, that is, until one day his test results came in.
"This is preposterous! You can't even do a simple clone jutsu! That is it, you are grounded! Better yet, go outside and don't come in until you can do that jutsu." And Rayne did as he was told he was sent outside to practice on that one jutsu. 1 hour passed, and Rayne couldn't do one Shadow Clone.
Both of his parents looked at him through the window, disappointed at their son's effort. The next day the teacher scolded him infront of the entire class about he was the only who was unable to do a jutsu. Then at that moment a class mate of his blurted it out. "He's a hot blooded, he probably doesn't have chakra!" Rayne ran out of the class room in tears and ran, and ran, until he go to the outskirts of the Grass Village.
After he sulked and cried all of his emotions out, he made his way back home just to see his parents having a talk with his teacher. Devastated that their son was unable to mold chakra they shunned him out of the family by having another child, this one a girl. And Rayne would forever remain in the shadow of his family, an outcast in school forever alone.
When Rayne turned 14 he had begun to train outside of the Village where no one could mock him, where he could be at peace and train. One night when he was on his way to the village after training he saw a gang of bandits harassing a duo of small girls, no older than 13 years old. He immediately sprung into action and single handed managed to scare them off.
"Thank you, thank you!!" They both told him. He began to walk off ignoring them. "My name is Rayne, dosn't that make you want to mock me?" The girls looked at him in confusion.
"We're sorry but, we don't know you. But we are so thankful." Rayne opened his eyes wide. They must not go to my school... they don't know me..
