The more surface area to volume you have, the more it's going to cost, per volume to heat. You'd be better off owning a "green" apartment, wouldn't you?

I like these little houses a lot but they are really too expensive for the size unless you buy the plans and build it yourself. Any tiny house that is properly insulated and has good windows will be very inexpensive to heat, but to keep cool it should be built from straw bales or something.
