Character Description in Earth:
Kenichi is popstar, nonetheless, the most famed one in Japan for all his antics in his music videos. Born and raised in a modern, yet in a middle class family, he drops out of middle school, due to his psychological problems in his life. By the time that he got up to a ripe age of 16, he started tinkering in his computer, looking for a little youtube fame. His parents even though dissapointed, they just leave him alone and do him for his own worth. Months passed, and they've abandoned him to face the real world. 200,000 Views later on Nico Nico Douga, he got famed and recognized for a tribute on a famed song: "Life Is Like a Boat" by Rie Fu, and then was contacted by a record producer. 1 single later, and 2 years have passed, he now lives a simple life in the rich side. His parents proud, and living in a much better life, he still continues to stride for as much fortunes as he can get within his house.
How the Character Got into Gensokyo:
A few moments later while he was on his tour, he was in his dressing room, ready to perform a song on his track list. He goes out of the door, and sees absolute darkness that scattered all over the hallway. He was saying on his head that he needed to go to the bathroom, badly, so then he goes to the direction where the bathroom was. The area being covered in darkness, didn't know where to go, when all of the sudden, he hit a tree on his face, knocking him out. Of course, even though these repurcussions where to go, another anomale occured, and then his body started glowing.
Character Description in Gensokyo:
Her being knocked out, woken up in a shrine, in the middle of the darkness. She still has the signature red hair, but her gender changed, apparently. And then she checked her pockets, and realized most of his yen has turned into a different currency, and her credits cards had turn into cards with decorations on them, and one one credit card was left. Then, seeing apparently looking at another girl, it was the wind shrine maiden Sanae who saved her life back at the dark woods, that Rumia apparently warped her to. When Sanae asked what her name was, and told to herself "I'd better give her a girl name, cause' Kenichi's a guys...hmm", lighting a bulb on her head "Chiyoko Tsuki-hime 'Thousand Generation Moon Princess'", then told her name to the shrine maiden, and therefore just left her there to give her some services. A few days later, she was off to herself within the rural lands of Gensokyo, exploring what she might do to get back home.

This is an offensive spell, and it usually the cherryblossom petals, as an effect if it would hit a person, it would explode on close contact and spread even more cherryblossom petals. If it's used defensively, cherryblossoms would scatter in a circle radius around the person, opens and scatters within the range between her and the oppenent.
-Songbird: Strawberry Avalanche: The user deploys red star danmaku similar to stardust reverie, only in one color. The stars Launched though, has a higher velocity than Stardust Reverie, and could be homed into the opponent.
-Internet Sensation: C#4: The user employes a spike of stars, notes, and mini snowball danmaku, depending on the range, the close it gets, the easier to dodge, and the further it seems, it's harder. User deploys it in a red giant spike stars, and protects her self, while the stars spin around, realeasing mini snowballs, and notes, that employ mini snowballs when close to the opponent. If used offensively, 4 stars surround the user, and the user needs to successfully do 8 hits to charge the stars up, similar to Fantasy Heaven. If stars do charge up, The opponent is then hailed with mini stars, that could rarely be grazed.
