Honestly, this one makes more sense than their other protests. It doesn't make them right, but it makes sense. Some of the people at Comic-Con eat, sleep, s**t, breathe and LIVE comics, and that's a bit ridiculous.
It doesn't make WBC any less of idiots, though.

I'll be there.
If I'm not in a panel during the hour they'll be there, I'll make a point to take some photos and/or video if the scene warrants.
My bet is they'll be kept across the highway from the convention center, on a public walkway that parallels the trolley and train tracks. The cops in SD won't let anything good happen, so don't count on anything nasty.
PS,
Kevin Smith will be there that day. Hope he brings his Silent Bob wardrobe. That would be a confrontation to see!

Hate to announce this, but the Boondock Saints panel is on the same day and time that the MythBusters panel is on. If I'm going to stand in a mile long line, it's going to see guys who blow crap up for fun, profit and science. Sorry.
I'll find the 12 Gauge Comics booth and get some photos there. That's the best I can do. Same goes for the Cyanide & Happiness booth.
