The foals had only be out of their baskets for a few week and already their personalities were beginning to show through. Each one of the foals had their own little traits which made them special and even thought not all of them were particularly good the parents could not be prouder, Zeda knew her foals were never going to be saints and she would not want them to be, she wanted her children to make their own choices and even more so be able to stand up for themselves. Chu'mana wondered in the fields. His little sister had wondered off again and Zeda has asked him to go and make sure she was not getting herself into any trouble. Now then whole family was sure Nukpana could take care of herself however at the same time they knew what she was like and could easily find herself in a pickle. He smiled and flicked his vibrantly coloured mane, galloping in the tall grass which ticked his belly. Before long he saw the frame of a caramel brown filly. A smirk coming onto his lips. There she was! good grief she never made it easy for him. He wondered closer to the young girl. Eying her with his lavender eyes. "You know sis, one of these days your going to give mom-dude and dad-dude heart troubles." he stated rolling his eyes and standing by her. Chu'mana was a little taller than she was but there was not much in it. What was she doing out here anyways?

Nukpana hufffed at her brother and didn't really want to be bothered at the moment. -w- She was hunting rabbits for peeps sake. "Well they should know that i can take care of myself just fine." She looked at him with an annoyed look before flicking her tail. “Why are you around here rainbow bright? Don’t you have something better to do?” He asked him before yawning and looking around seeing a head stick out from the bushes. She bounced up before stepping slowly towards it. “Leave me be. I’m hunting!” She scolded before watching the rabbit dart off. She glared back at her brother and plopped her but on the ground.

"Hunting, rabbits? why? you can not eat them, they will make you sick, you are strange girl, strange, strange, strange!" he tilted his head, he knew his sister at times acted like a Kalona but at times he wondered if she actually was one, rabbits are not food after all, they are familiars. He rolled his eyes, she was pleased to see him as always. Letting out another small snort he walked up to her once more. "They know you can, that's the problem, they still like to think you need them in some way you are their 'little girl' after all." He stated, looking over in the direction that the rabbit darted off in. Rainbow Bright? pfft, at least he did not look like he was adopted, he always thought his sister must be a alien in some way, her and her poop coloured fur. Despite the fact they knocked heads more than a cat and mouse, Chu'mana did feel like he needed to hold the role of older brother and look out for Nupana, even though she did not like the fact much. He and him alone had the right to pick on her... well maybe his little brother could too, but no one else!

“Who said I can’t eat them? >>; I already killed one yesterday with my acquaintance Viper.. Hmph Well I don’t eat them..I use them as trophies.” She said with a devious smirk before laughing at his words. “So what? I’m still your sister and it’s not like I’m hurting you so shut up.” She told him and loved collecting things like that to hang around the little spot in the forest she made her home. “Yuck…I wish I turned out being a boy sometimes so that I wouldn’t be so annoying about me.” She rolled her eyes knowing what he was thinking when she saw him eyeing her fur. “Look…I know I’m not like you or our younger brother, but I do belong. I have dad’s hair and eyes. So hush..” She muttered before flicking her tail. “Meet anyone interesting yet?” She asked him before yawning and flopping down on her side. “Oh and I’m starting a gang!” She shouted before bouncing right back up again.

"Viper? cant say I have ever heard of them, however I think I know all I need to, just be careful. I know what your friends are like and I have no problem with it just be careful." He raised a eyebrow, their was only certain types which ate meat around here, he was not going to tell on her to his mom-dude and dad-dude, however he would also not anyone hurt her. Kalona or no Kalona. "Not at the moment but don't play innocent you hurt me enough when you are in a bad mood, sometimes I wish you were a boy too I could fight back, you do kind of look like a guy though, so its all good, I will just say I was confused." He smirked and laid down by her side, looking at the grass which surrounded them, it was blowing in the wind ever so pleasently. Making a humming noise, crickets near by, he could hear them chirping. He shook his head as she talked. "Believe me sis, if I thought you did not belong it would be more for your strange fetishes than your looks." He laughed, nudging the side of her face playfully, then a huge smile came onto his face. "A gang? can I play? I want in.... no one interesting? foals around here are so boring, mary-sue, milk drinking bast-" he took a quick look, his mum had ears of a hawk. "ards" he finished, smirking, he got away with it. Even though Zeda had a foul mouth she bit the foals for language, she said they could only swear then their balls were a decent size. Or in Nukpana's case when Koda could stand freely under her belly.

“Ugh geeze..if I wanted someone to baby me I would just call mom or dad over here. Look I don’t need it from you. Protect me all you want just don’t think I can’t take care of myself.” She snorted in annoyance. What did this prism colored horse think? She could handle herself just fine. “Hmph I only did that because I knew I would have two bimbo brothers. Two apples that fell way off the tree.” She huffed and puffed out her cheeks a bit at his comment. “Oh really? A boy? Look if you like walking I would shut up you big dufus.” She scolded before nipping his knee. “Well I heard from an unknown mare and unknown stallion that I look more like mama’s grand-mom and sister.” She nodded and really wanted to meet them. Mainly because she would feel like she might just belong to this family. “Hmph of course you can have in, but I have to accept you first. C:” She smiled and got the biggest thrill of her life from all this. Not only was she starting a gang, but she was going to rule over her brothers. “Oh and also. I’m head honcho.” She said with a wide grin on her face. “Yeah I only met two people. One is a pansy and the other is okayish. She is a bit annoying though. Always wanting to follow me around. –w- Damn hag” She muttered under her breath.

Chu'mana looked at her and yelped as she went to n** his knee, backing up away from her a little, gritting his teeth with a fustraited look on his face, snorting once more. Sisters were such a pain in the backside. She did not only look like a dude, she acted like one too. "Haha, yeah, its funny we have never met them or mom-dude has never even mentioned them. Unknown? you can never trust strangers, it would make sense if you did get your looks from grandma however at the same time, I am guessing there is a reason behind their absence, maybe you should ask mom-dude." he suggested flicking his mane once more than raising his eyebrows, someone is sister counted as okay-ish, that was a miracle in itself and here was him thinking his sister would be a loner forever, was she making friends? "fair enough, all alpha's are women anyways sis. The men are the protectors." He stated with his head held high in the sky. He was butt headed, he thought women were under men and even though he would never word it that way people could tell in the way he acted. It was a mans job to take care of the women. That was just the rule of the land.

Nukpana got some kind of enjoyment in causing pain to her brother and smiled from the enjoyment. “I know we never met them, but I would want to. I mean they might look like me. Then maybe I can feel more comfortable around all of you.” She shrugged carelessly before huffing. “Ugh fine..I will ask mama, but I will want to meet them. –w- Maybe not now, but definitely when I’m older.” She told him with a firm huff. This was something she did a lot of. “Hmph I’m happy you know your place then. I wish more of your gender thought the same. They can be so dull..and…..boring.” She said with a raised lip as if she had fangs to show. “So what position would you want in my gang? >.> The coward? Oh no wait…I might make a spot for lethal weapons..your bright a** could send all the horsies running.” She laughed and didn’t think she would ever get along with her brothers.

"Pfft, I think we have just discovered you would want my bright a**, mrs 'I-have-a-complex-about-not-having-a-bright-a**-like-the-rest-of-my-family-dudes." He stated, but then felt a little mean after doing so, she was going to hurt him, he better come up with something. "Listen, dude, it would not matter if you were bright yellow with ginger and green stripes, you would still be my sister." He stated flicking his mane once more and then laying by her side, who knew such a bully would have such a complex. He wondered then staring. "As I said men are the protectors. I am going to make sure no one hurts the ring leader." he joked giving her a playful tug of her mane. He looked back and then to her once more. "We should get back soon, before they send bruv, sending two search parties in one day seems pointless."

“Ugh yeah right. I’m happy I’m the odd ball. >>; I might have ended up biting all my skin off in an attempt to rip that ugliness off me.” She snorted at her dumbass brother and was a little hurt by that comment. Most of the time it didn’t hit her until after she said something back. “Hmph yeah sure. >>; Your still my rainbow brother.” She nearly gagged from saying it. She hated the mushy crap. “Ugh fine then..you can be the friggan bouncer you waste of space. >>;” She scowled when she felt her mane tugged. One thing you don’t do is touch her hair. She was all about the look of her hair. “Hey you twerp!” She shouted and rolled over on him biting at his mane before stopping. “Fine..fine..let’s not let them get too worried.” She said with a final snort as she began to walk away from him.

Chu'mana watched her walk off, pouting a little, man why did she always treat him like a rag doll? he huffed and stood to follow her, in some odd way she just said he loved him, that forced a smile on his face. He loved her too. However he would rather kick Koda's butt than admit it. He galloped a little to catch up with her and then stood by her side. The day was getting late and he thought this little meeting with his sister had gone well. Progress was made even though it was only small baby steps. He knew she would be okay, he was always going to be there for her. No matter what. Mum and Dad did not teach them how to be angels, they did however teach them how important the family was, all for one and one for all and all that jazz. He knew she valued the family too. Deep down in that black black heart. "... ill race you. GO!" he shouted darting forward like a little bullet.

Nukpana looked back to him and knew her brother knew what she meant when she was really mean to someone. It usually meant she cared a lot about them. She would always put her family before anything else and she was sure they all knew that. When she was older and looking for a mate, she would consult her mother, father, and two brothers. She wanted to make sure she herself was happy as well as them though all that kind of stuff was for later in life. Now was the time where she had fun. There will always be time for her to grow, but now wasn’t the time. “Hmph like you can beat me you cow toe.” She scowled before running as fast as she could wanting to get home before him.
