Welcome to my Armory of the Arts!
Thanks to a certain someone telling me I should make an art thread of my own due to my growing activity in visual art, I'm following this anonymous individual's suggestion and here we are! This is where I'll store some of my artistic creations that do not take the form of full length stories and fictions.
I will NOT be taking any form of requests. Not that I would not like to, it's simply becuase my skills are not up to par for that. Instead, please enjoy what I do manage to come up with and post here. If in the future I do gain enough skill that I would not only be able to take requests, but garner the desire of others to receive my art, I'd make an announcement. Until then, no commissions for joo. heart

Thanks Lavi! First post prize goes to you~ don't know what it is yet, but it'll be something... Also, here's some more pics, working on faces and eyes. Lots, and lots, and lots of eyes.  Now for a mug shot of Louis! :3

That's the best way to get good at them, just practice and repetition. I've never had a problem with eyes really, it's everything else I'm terrible with. You've already gotten better at poses then I have ever been. They all look really good, and it won't be too long before you can do full faces really well I'm sure.

Now for my first two drawings meant for Fuu's 100 pic challenge. They're just more mug shots, but they're good practice and fit the titles. I also did a little painting with Gimp to add the shading. I think it turned out pretty well considering I was mostly just experimenting with the many tools. #3 Light  #4 Dark

Man Rhiko, I said this over Skype and I'll say it again, you really have improved a lot in such a short time. You really are a jack of all trades when it comes to art. I can't wait to see what you come up with next.

So, yeah, this picture still ended up way too big even after shrinking it down. But, despite it's size, I hope everyone can appreciate this new addition. The picture is based on the myth about 2 people destined to be together, being tied by a scarlet thread. Well, this is a play on that involving Louis and Alice, a pairing I've come to like. #2: Caught
