This is a thread where i'd like to suggest that we can consider trying to create a semi-literate Role-Play based on the War between the Ancients and the Faceless ones, but i need to know if its a good idea or not!
If it is, any takers as to how to get things started as to whether or not the Role-Play should focus on the entire war, or just one particular battle from the war?
If there aren't, could you please carefully tell me why it could be a bad idea before all the novels are released?

Personally, I would recommend joining the Skulduggery Forums and posting this in the RP section there. The forums have way more active members than this guild.Or you will be knelt...

Gray Shinigami is on there, and there is a newer member of the guild who has joined, but I am not sure how many of the others are, there is a post and a link about the forums in the main page though.
However,t he forums has about 105 members, so there would be plenty of peopel who would join the rp.Or you will be knelt...

Hmm... It depends, how do you propose on doing it, do people write up a profile for a Faceless One or an Ancient? How do we deal with the power differences? Do all the ancients have some Black Crystal weapon akin to the Scepter to fight off Faceless Ones? Or do they just use magic.
Or perhaps it is only between Ancients, the rebel Ancients VS The loyal worshipers of the Faceless ones.
I am quite likely to join either way, but would like some more info first.Or you will be knelt...

I plan to see if we can get started in the process of a few battles in the middle of the war[kind of like The Iliad in which the story took place in the middle of the Trojan War all the way to the beginning of the end, except the war between the Ancients and the Faceless ones is far more justified than that war!]
They can write up profiles for individuals among the Ancients or the Faceless ones, if they wish.
For the most powerful among the Faceless ones, it would require Black Crystal Weapons just to destroy them properly[and if any particular humanoid-ish immortals are to make cameo roles to guide the Ancients, they could also help to destroy the more potent of the Faceless ones, as well!] but for the rest, its just magic.

Got it, I will probably join then, and create an Immortal or Ancient one, if it is done in the Skulduggery forums I could tie my Immortal/Ancient in with my normal character.Or you will be knelt...

It could also involve Ancients who were also loyal to the faceless ones, as they go against the Ancients who rebelled, as well.
