Starting now, every faction is allowed to auto-rank members of their faction. Each faction is required to add a list of ranks in their area and it should look like this.

If the faction does not have any members of a certain rank (besides A and E Ranked) they can auto-rank a member of their empire and give them the minimum amount of EXP to become a member of that class. The Auto-Ranked member must send the Faction leader first and then if the leader accepts the person, they must send the Guild Vice Captain an rp sample. Once the VC approves, the person may be auto-ranked.
