I'm curious to hear opinions on the ban list and what changes should be made for the better of the game, not just for what you'd like to play again.
Please give reasons behind your changes, and remember, this is not what you think is going to happen, this is what -should- happen.
Meaning TCG exclusives are fair game.

My thoughts by deck and then by card
Decks
Infernities-Launcher to 1 and Archfiend to 2. I dont think they have any reason to touch anything else. This seems the logical thing to do as it would take the deck from an OTK deck to a Control deck.
X-Sabers-Faultroll to 1, Darksoul to 2 possibly but I dont think so. Also probably Cat to 0.
GBs-Nothing
Machinas-Nothing. Deck is balanced as is.
BWs-They just slowed them down so nothing probably
Frogs-Either Subsitoad or Ronintoad to 2 at the least I think. Or possibly Mass Driver.
Cards
Honestly I have no thoughts on this except that I hope they leave Mirror Force alone, since its now going to be common.

Gottom's Emergency Call to 1 Most of this makes sense to me. Its not what I think they should do but I cant deny the logic. My questions are why bring to 1(either from 0 or whatever) Magician of Faith, Tsukuyomi, Swift-Attacking Scarecrow and Victory Dragon. Though I dont like it your probably right on Brain Control.

Victory Dragon takes a very specific deck to do it with. It would also give Hopeless/Destruction Dragon a bit of a boost.
Magician of Faith doesn't really have anything BIG to get back and Tsukuyomi is one of those cards that require timing. It's not overpowered, it was just overpowered when we had Goat Control. The Moon Spirit should return.
Battle Fader and Swift-Attacking Scarecrow are for how powerful Final Countdown/Exodia are becoming, and they get even more support with Junk Defender.

I'm thinking Cat and Mass Driver banned
Launcher to 1
Ronintodin/Substitoad to 1 or 2.
Can almost see Dandylion going back to 1.
Tsukuyomi or Magician of Faith would be good to bring back.

I can't say anything about Saber's as I haven't played them, an you guy's are most likely right about Infernities, though Necromancer might take a hit. I will say that I disagree with Brain Control. To my knowledge, anything that is limited to one hardly ever gets banned. My examples for my reasoning are Heavy Storm and MST. Those two have been on the limited list for a few years. Now, I know they really aren't that big a deal, but if used correctly, they can be game breaker's. Brain Control mostly likely won't be touched.
Edit: if I'm wrong I'll give my gold to Joe.

Dark Hole, Raigeki, Chaos Emporer Dragon, Yata Garasu, Black Luster Soldier, Magician of Faith, Breaker, Mirror Force, Harpies' Feather Duster, Confiscation, Forceful Sentry, Delinquent Duo, Monster Reborn, Premature Burial... Almost all the things on the banlist were limited at some point.

DarkSoul Becomes Semi-Limited.
Rescue Cat Might Possibly become Banned But that'll make Synchro Cat a dead deck.....
Both Ronintodin and Substitoad become Limited.
Mass Driver becomes Limited.....
Archfiend, Necromancer and Launcher will either become semi-limited or limited.....
Brain Control is a game winner nowadays.....But There's a very low chance that it will become forbidden......
