Togo as most call him is a very outgoing individual that always seems to want to get attention when he doesn't need it. in ways he is like the Legendary Naruto Uzamaki with his bone headiness and sometimes simple minded thoughts. But behind that look he is rather smart and skilled. He spends most of his time training in Tai and Ninjutsu and has just below average skills in Genjutsu. He is also a very kind, trustworthy, and loyal person. He would gladly throw himself of any attack if it meant savign a friend from death, even if it lead to his own.

Background History:
Togoya was born in the small yet powerful Hidden Waterfall Village on June 15th. He was born health and with no complications to his mother during and after his birth. His father was not only to have a son but one with white hair which is a father rare genetic mutation in the Hidden Waterfall Village. His mother and father thought of a perfect name of him which was Togoya Mizuto after his fathers Ancestor that helped set the foundation of the Hidden Waterfall Village many years before the Great Naruto came to be.
Years would past and Togoya would be sent to the Hidden Waterfall Ninja Academy at the age of 8 like most would. Be there was one thing about him that shocked his father. Togo as most called him at this point was greatly skilled and Taijutsu and Ninjutsu, he was average or just below average in Genjutsu. There was one point during a spar with another student that he preformed a Taijutsu that he had only seen once, on his spar partner knocking him out cooled and shocking the teachers. His reaction ninjutsu was rather skilled too, he was able to get the basics down faster than most students and also seemed to be able to apply them in the correct situations much faster and correctly than other students. But looking at the Genjutsu he took him a bit longer to understand the basics and even apply them. He was also hard for him to keep his illusion up and focus without having any flaws. His father was proud of his soon and always told him to try his best and improve at his own past.
But the happy times would end for Togoya as a battle between the his Village and the Hidden Sound Village sparked. His father was sent to protect the lands boarders by the Kage of his village along with 19 other skilled individuals. Togoya was 12 at the time and asked his father not to go fear that it would lead to his death, but his father only smiled saying this. "I'm as strong as an ox, as swift as a hawk, and as silent as an ant. I will return alive, that I promise you my son." with that he left for several weeks and there were reports of battles and death. When the the threat ended with treaty only 7 of the 20 ninja returned standing strong, none where his father. His father was the eight man carried upon the seventh's back, heavily wounded from torture, his left arm missing, no eyes, and bandaged nearly head to toe. For months his father was in a sick bed, in and out of death's grasp, until finally death won the battle of life, Togoya could only scream at his fathers dead body about the promise he made him to return alive and well. It took his mother everything within her to control his sadness and anger while she too cried and spoke of his promises that have not been done yet.
Time would pass and Togoya would remember his father as a great man and ninja. He is now ow Genin Rank and hopes to be the strongest ninja in the Hidden Waterfall Village and take his fathers place as one of the Villages strongest Shinobi. He still lacks Genjutsu skills, but greatly makes up for it in Taijutsu and ninjutsu skills. He has even taken up work as a warehouse materiel mover to support his mother and house hold when not on missions of any kind.
