Body: Slinky sort of black summer dress without sleeves
Waist: (skirt, pants, sarong...)
Arms: golden bangles attached to cloth that attaches to the summer dress to appear to be a cape resembling bat wings, Other set of bangles with bells attached.
Legs: feet covered with a sandallike mesh with small bells attached, legs have more bangles with filmy black cloth between them- with bells. She does not move silently.

Power:
Passive power- usable out of form- increased hearing. She has better hearing than would be normal, and can sort-of 'echolocate' by detecting soundwaves in the environment. its not very accurate but it is enough to determine that an object is there.
in form, its far more powerful, giving her 'blindsight' based on hearing. No color or much detail, but it works pretty well if she wants to aim or coordinate
Also- Sound shatter- she can manipulate sound waves to break and damage and move stuff. She usually does this with her voice or with a percussion like a drum or her cane, and she currently has a fairly limited range, but as she grows in power she can use her voice-soundwaves better.
Shes actually not much of a singer so the sounds are'nt the most melodious

Sadrah is a part-chinese Farm girl who was blinded by her sadistic older brother at a young age while he tortured her with corrosive fluid.
Suffice to say, her parents seaparated over that.
Her father believed her, her mother did not. So her mother took her brother's custody when their parents divorced and Sadrah has been living on the farm with her dad ever since.
She's managed to adapt and even uses blindfolds as fashion accessories- just because she cant see them, doesn't mean she cant express herself. She just gets others to pick them.
It is nigh impossible to anger her, and it is very easy to get her forgiveness.
She knows alot about farming and weather, and can tell how healthy a plant is just by its feel and its scent.
She isnt sure what to grow just yet, but shes thinking about an orchard of some sort. Unfortunately she has to have a high school and college degree in Agriculture before the city will let her buy land locally for a farm. For some reason.
So she's gone back to high school and will attempt to continue onwards.

She likes overalls and Jeans, which tend to be patched and well used, though clean. To her, they are just damn useful... for everything.
Good, sturdy shoes. NOT her work boots, those are far too dirty to be seen in public with, though shes more concerned about their smell.
A shirt, usually colored, often clashing with her blindfold.
