A top secret base that only members of the Shadow Children can access. Members of this underground brotherhood have unspeakable political and economical power. They are able to make many things happen and happen fast. Established some time when the Fayths still roamed the Oukoku Seken freely, the Shadow Children have been known to engage in plenty of illegal and obscene activity to get what they want accomplished. The leader of this brotherhood is known as the Head Master and members of this elite unit can only be identified by their signature scorpion tattoo. Their is an infinite base of knowledge that is kept safe in the archives of the Fellowship. Members of this elite group are sworn to secrecy and anyone who so much as identifies a Shadow Child is place on their blacklist and assassinated.
