The Land of Waves is a relative small nation, and thus does not have a hidden village, however when it was the Land of Whirlpools it used to have one. It is an isolated island, but used to be prosperous nonetheless. A bridge was built to connect the country to the Land of Fire. After the construction of the bridge, commerce and trade increased bringing more revenue to the Land. It is now a prosperous area due to its fishing and other sea exports.

 Lloyd Fury
After Lloyd had departed from the boat, people started to stare at him, not because of his looks but because of the impressively large sword on his back. He continued to walk through the village and he seemed to be heading for the bridge. however a small restaurant caught his eye and he decided to stop in. He sat down at a table in the corner of the room furthest to the back and placed his sword next to him. a lady came by and took his order. He ordered barbecued rabbit and one bottle of clean water. he waited patently for his food to be brought to him

 Shinrei Uzumaki  Finally making his way out of the treeline Shinrei saw the great bridge that connected the Fire Country to the Land of Waves... or what use to be called the Land of Whirlpools. The land of waves was the ancestral home of his clan before its destruction in the shinobi wars of past times. Like his visit to Konoha it had been some time since he had been to visit but as he made his way onto the great bridge and watched other pass by and the boats traveling back and forth he knew it was prospering. Of course it wasnt like it was in the past with its own Hidden Village but maybe it was for the best.
The ocean breeze kept sweeping across the bridge bringing the salty air with it. The smell of the ocean brought a sense of tranquility to Shinrei as he kept walking across the bridge.

The lady came back with Lloyd's meal and water and as he prepared to eat something caught his attention. He looked at the door of the restaurant for a moment and then he shock his head and began to eat.
"So he's here as well it seems...."
Lloyd thought to him self as he took a bite out of the tender piece of meat in front of him

Shinrei Uzumaki Shinrei had just made it off the bridge and passed the restaurant as Lloyd noticed him. He didnt pay any attention to him though he felt the presence of someone familiar. He just continued on his way towards the ocean. He had no real point of going to the Land of his ancestors besides for the fact he wanted to. Though his clan was pretty much wiped out he k new this would always be there place of orgin no matter what happened.
As ocean breeze kicked up as he stood on a long dock. the sea was rough with waves turning up everywhere as some of the whirlpools which gave this place it original name... The Land of Whirlpools. Letting out a long sigh Shinrei sat down on the dock and just looked ahead towards the ocean.

After awhile Lloyd had finished eating, he had practically cleaned his plate. he left the money for the meal on the table and grabbed his sword placing it back on his back and heading out through the door. He was about to head for the bridge but he stopped in his tracks and sighed before looking in the direction of where Shinrei had went.
"I might as well go say hello....after all it's been awhile"
Lloyd shock his head and then walked down to the dock. He saw Shinrei sitting on the dock and he approached him slowly.When he got exactly 7ft away from him he great him.
"It's been a while...... Shinrei the Black Flash "
Lloyd said coldly as he awaited a response of some kind, or even silence .

Shinrei Uzumaki
Continuing to face the ocean Shinrei heard Lloyd speak. It had been some time since he had last seen him. His voice and attitude had no changed one bit since they had last spoke. " Yes it has Lloyd" He said as he stood up and ran his hand through his hair as the wind died down. " What brings you to the land of waves?" Shinrei asked as he turned around to face Lloyd placing his hands in his pockets

Lloyd paused for a moment but then he just sighed and shook his head. he then paused for a moment before continuing to speak once more
"Word has reached my ears that Leaf village still remains Neutral........I'm merely here on a prospect of seeing how the village had progressed over the years ......... so basically i'm site seeing.....what about you......?........what brings you back to the land of your birth?"
Lloyd titled his head slightly to the right as he asked his question

Shinrei Uzumaki " I have just recently got back from traveling. I just came from Konoha and now to here. Its been too long since I have visited here and needed to check up on things. As for Konoha, I dont know its standings with the other villages." Shinrei said as he began to walk back off the dock hoping Lloyd would follow him. " How is the Mist doing, Its been a long long time since I have been there" He asked as he passed Lloyd

Lloyd watched as Shinrei walked off the dock.He shrugged his shoulders and then sighed before following him
"The mist village is doing well for it self.........There is talk of us allying with the sound.........This may be a good thing for us as i can see very good things in terms of the food trade.............however i smell a war coming because of the sounds reputation....i fear that the mist will be caught up in it as well"
Lloyd walked just 3ft away from Shinrei so he could keep him with in viewing distance. Lloyd was always like this. Often trusting no one

A man sat down oddly along the dock with a tug styled fishing pole in his hands. He wasn't really focusing much on the surrounding, and watching the drifting waves of the water. He let out a long yawn, and rubbed his eyes with his left hand. While he was sitting there, people watched the man's weird action.

as Lloyd had finished speaking a man on the dock had caught his attention and immediately he let out a long deep sigh of disbelief.
"Tell me i'm imagining this but the man fishing over there looks allot like Shiiba the smiling cat ................ what are the odds of all 3 Sannin meeting in the same town?..............Tell me something Shinrei........was this a fated meeting or....was his planned?"
Lloyd had a serious look on his face as he found it odd for the 3 of them to be in the same place at the same time.

Shinrei Uzumaki " Your eyes are not playing tricks on you.... that is definitely Shiiba" He said as he stopped walking not but a few feet away from Shiiba. What Lloyd said did make sense but he did not plan this. He came here to visit his homeland. " I didnt plan this so I would say its fate or coincidence." He didnt know which one it was but he would find out in time.

Shiiba stole a quick glance towards the two of them, and looked back towards the water. He reached into a small bag he had placed behind him, and pulled out a two live fish towards Shinrei, and Lloyd like Kunai with a small smirk on his face.
