hey i got this friend of mine whom is kinda irritating me. he is catching pokemon in lv1 using AR with the nature he wants then EV train it normally like anyone else. but the fact that he gets it in the wild (baby pkmn) makes me wanna ask if thats still considered hacked since he refuses to do the egg process >_<

If the Pokemon was obtained through an external means (cheating devices, programs or other) then the Pokemon is illegitimate and isn't allowed to be used in any guild sponsored events or tournaments. If brought into question for whatever reason, the Pokemon will be viewed as being hacked and can get your friend blacklisted from particular guilds/groups that don't allow hacking of any sort.
