I've been playing pokemon from the very begging and am now being made aware of pokemon clans and how some are better than others can someone explain.

its like the guilds....its junk about witch guild is the best pokemon trainers...i think

It's a group of players who join together for Competitive play.
Yes a guild is some what of a clan, but only time I hear of clans are on online multiplayer games such as CoD 4, MW2, GoW2, etc.
Guilds can have battles against other guilds if organized properly.
Like I think WE should have a guild war with another Pokemon guild. 3nodding
Could be some sort of event we could have, or a tournament.
