I was thinking we could all put our minds together and make a list of books that are awesome. If you're a bookworm like me, you're always looking for something new to read. So, post your favorites. I know some of my selections are kind of childish, but that's because I don't care what age group the book is aimed at. If it catches my eye, I'll read it. Like Blood Magic has some very mature parts...ick. Here we go...
To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee A Sudden Silence by Eve Bunting I Know What You Did Last Summer by Lois Duncan Girl With a Pearl Earring by Tracy Chevalier Eyes of a Stranger by Sharon E. Heisel Blood Magic by Jennifer Lyon Dragon Keeper by Carole Wilkinson Witch Child by Celia Rees Riding Freedom by Pam Munoz Ryan

Oh i've got some titles to add to this baby lol
the sleeping beauty trilogy by Ann Rice (well under her pen name 'A. N. Roquelaure' ) daughter of the forest, son of shadows, child of prophesy by Juliet Marilier (though now there's a fourth book i'll have to get and add to my collection lol) LOTR ....of course all libraries aren't complete without a copy of lord of the ring and the hobit by J.R.R Tolken. IT by steven king...had me afraid of clowns for years lmfao fight club by Chuck Palahniuk a million little pieces by James Frey
most of them are very adult in theme or nature but all wonderful stories!

I posted this thing forever ago and forgot about it! Geek Love by Katherine Dunn ^Also amazing. It's freaky at some points, and I know people that were too disturbed to finish it. I had no problems with reading it. I liked it because it was seriously messed up, but had great themes like growing up, feeling left out because you aren't special, coming to terms with your flaws, and family love. Even incest, sort of. You'll have to read it to see how incest can only "sort of" happen. It's so messed up, but one of my favorites.
