Grasping a stack of paper tightly in her hands, Haruko silently made her towards one of the back classrooms. Today she was in charge of overseeing a student teacher examination. 'Arekushisu Matsushi, age 14, recently graduated from the academy and she I believe she studied under Death-sensei as well. Can't wait to meet this girl. As for the student...now, where did I place her file?' Attempting to search for the student's profile within her many stacks of paper, Haruko found it almost impossible and gave up trying a few seconds later. '*sigh* So much paperwork to look over...'

Reaching the classroom, Haruko carefully shifted the weight of all the papers to her left hand as she quickly opened the door using her right. Entering her classroom, Haruko walked over to the desk and placed the pile of papers onto the desk before positioning herself in front of the desk, sitting partically on the edge. Grabbing the top most page, Haruko began scanning over it as she awaited the arrival of both students.

{Post here to let us know you've found the place alright.}

Shisu ran down the halls of the academy. It felt like yesterday she had been a student here herself. I think we're in the room at the end of the hall here, she thought. Approaching the room she assumed she was to be in, she skidded to a stop in front of the open door and straightened up, walking in like she hadn't just been running trying to find the room.

"Good morning Haruko-sensei," Shisu said as she walked into the room, "How are you?" Looking around, Shisu didn't see the student yet and smiled, satisfied that she hadn't been late. She stopped before reaching the desk and looked at the stack of papers on the desk. Her fingers twitching to organize them, but she restrained. Stupid OCD, she grumbled in her head.

Shusou ran towards the classroom as fast as possible. He was a little on edge due to sheer nervousness, but he placed a careful, care-free smile smile on his face as he entered. The scroll on his back shuffled a bit as he beamed up at the pretty girl sitting on the desk. His smile brightened as he gave a small bow. "Hiya," he exclaimed cheerfully. "I'm Shusou! Might you be my teacher?"

Hearing the sound of approaching footsteps, Haruko expected it to be one of the two students but instead of glacing towards the door to see who it would be, she kept her gaze glued to the paper she was currently reading. 'Besides, they'll most likely say something once they enter anyways.' Haruko smirked slightly when she caught the sound of someone sliding across the floor towards the door before pausing momentarily before entering. 'Must be fixing up his or her image. Wonder who's first? The teacher student or the actual student?'

At Shisu's greeting, Haruko set aside the paper and turned to smile brightly at the girl. "Good morning Shisu-san, I'm fine. How about you? Ready for your first teaching lesson? Noticing the slight twitch of the girl's fingers, Haruko followed the girl's gaze towards her slightly messy stack of paper. Smiling, Haruko placed her loose sheet on top of the pile and reached over to fix it while patiently awaiting the girl's answer to her question.

Before Shisu even had a chance to reply, Haruko caught the sound of another set of approaching footsteps and knew that this time it must be the student. Turning her gaze towards the door, Haruko noticed a young boy with a scroll attached to his back. 'A puppet user perhaps? or maybe even an weapon specialist?' Noticing the boy's smile and bow, Haruko returned the greeting with a smile of her own. "Good morning Shusou-san. Welcome to the class and in response to your question. Yes and no. I'm just here to supervise, Shisu-san here as she teaches you the various things required to be a genin. Well then, first things first, we would like a copy of your profile please so that we can look it over and make sure that everything's in place." Turning to Shisu, Haruko indicated with a tilt of her head for Shisu to properly introduce herself as the teacher and take the lead.

{Alright Shisu. You may begin teaching, feel free to ask me as many questions as you need too. I'll help start you off.}

Shisu turned to see a boy run into the room. Noticing that she was still frowning a little, Shisu shook her head and put a smile on her face.

"Hello, Shusou-san. I am Arekushisu Matsuchi, but you can call me Shisu. I will be your teacher for the day, aided by Haruko-san. I hope you found the classroom okay," she said, smiling at the boy. Nice scroll, she thought, I wonder what it contains.

Shusou looked over at the other girl standing in the classroom. His smile never left his face, but eyes widened slightly. 'I didn't even realize she was there. I have to be more observant.' He gave a deep bow of apology and began to speak. "Very sorry about that! It's a pleasure to meet you Shisu-sensei! I--"

Before he could finish his sentence the scroll on his back gave a quick lurch and disconnected from the rings keeping it in place. The scroll unraveled itself revealing a seal. In a puff of smoke a large dog-like beast appeared at the center. Shusou gave a sigh, and looked down at the creature. "Ka, you couldn't wait?"

"I was done with..." Ka looked up at the two woman in the classroom and continued. "I was done. And besides, I dislike not being with you."

"Fine, fine," Shusou sighed. He looked up at the teachers and gave a bright smile. "Sorry for the interruption. This here is Ka. He's a... a summoning of mine. But, anyway here's my profile. I certainly hope it's all in order. I'm sure we'll have lots of fun together!" Shusou gave over the papers to Shisu as Ka chuckled at Shusou's exuberance.

Quick edit. I added pictures to the profile. Also, I wasn't sure if you wanted it there or here. Sorry, if it was the wrong place. razz

Shisu stared, shocked, at the dogish creature that appeared in the room out of one of Shusou-san's scrolls. Wow. The creature seems very attached to Shusou-san. I wonder what it is, exactly, Shisu thought, still staring at the summoning animal. Shisu's attention was jerked back to the student and Shisu blinked a few times before she realized the student was talking to her. All she caught was the summoning's name. Ka... what an interesting name, she pondered absentmindedly.

Taking the papers from Shusou, Shisu smiled at his positive attitude. As she read through them she couldn't help but frown. The information on his past had to be the saddest thing she had ever read. Glancing up at Shusou through her eyelashes she wondered how he kept such an upbeat attitude. After Shisu finished scanning the document she looked up and said, "Everything seems to be correct. Glad to have you here."

With a glance at Ka, she added, "I'm sorry to hear about your brother. I'm sure he is very proud that you're steps away from becoming a Genin. Speaking of which, your next task will be to run around the village and write down a sentence or two about each area."

{{You posted it in the correct place. Your profile is very detailed, btw.

Okay, so more or less, just write a short description of what each subforum is. You can put it in OOC if you like. It's up to you.}}

Watching the scene before her in silence, Haruko nodded in approval at Shisu's introduction. Thought it was short and didn't contain much, Haruko liked the tone in which Shisu had presented her introduction with. 'Its always a good idea to be welcoming to the student. If you don't seem like someone they can talk to, you won't really get anywhere with them.' Still remaining on her spot by the desk, Haruko watched with interest as the student suddenly realize that there was actually another person within the room. As the young boy bowed and apologized, Haruko noticed the scroll on his back sudden move and distact itself from the rings holding it in place. 'What the...?!' Staring in amazement, Haruko watched as a summon appeared all on its own from its scroll. Being a summoner herself, Haruko wasn't too surprised to see another summoning creature though the looks of Shusou's was indeed interesting. 'For it to come out on its own...that's some ability.'

As Shisu took the profile from Shusou and looked it over, Haruko kept quiet in order to allow the young genin to pass her own judgement in regards to the profile. Seeing Shisu frown, Haruko worried that something might be misplaced but it turned out that Shisu got slightly emotional over the backstory part of the profile. Smiling, Haruko took the profile politely from Shisu's hands and began to scan over it as well. As she read through the backstory, Haruko could see why she would get somewhat depressed but she kept that to herself since some students might take it the wrong way and think of it as pity which is something they might not like. Glancing upward as Shisu finished off with instructing the genin on his first task, Haruko turned to look at the clock out of habit. Most of her students had a tendency to want 'race' or basically try and make some sort of best time when it comes to this exersice. 'Now then, I wonder how he'll do compared to my former students?'

{So far so good Shisu, but for the first task we perfer to see them listed out in rp. Feel free to just quote it as if your rpc was writing out the list on the board or handing over a sheet of paper with the list of all the subfourms on it.That or just outright list it out in your rp. Post in a bit. Just thought I point this out first. Also, Shisu you should mention that they don't actually have to post in the subfourm locations or anything. They just have to do one post leaving and one post coming back with the descriptions. Just saying since someone did post in almost every area.}

{Don't worry about it. You're still learning, besides that's the reason I'm here. To help you with teaching and stuff. Great profile btw Vermillion. Just finished looking it over and I love the format. Um, you'll have to give me some time to look over the summons and jutsus properly to make sure everything is in order(but from what I can tell their fine, just need to double check that's all). Keep up the good work.}

“Right, then!” Shusou exclaimed. “I'll be back quickly.” He glanced at Ka who followed him out of the classroom and into the village proper. There, Shusou's smile waned and he looked at Ka. “You should've waited a bit. You still can't handle the transformation technique. I'd rather not have you stand out so much.”

“You expect us to be found so easily?” Ka asked. “We only managed to find this place by accident. And we've covered our tracks well enough. This place doesn't even exist on the Seikon Company maps.”

Shusou sighed. He had to concede the fact. The Seikon Company was the only group who had an extensive map of all the hidden villages, due to their neutral status. But they definitely didn't have even a footnote on the Nameless Village. At Ka's annoyed stare, Shusou quickly fixed his expression, adopting an excited grin. “Alright, then! Shall we split up and complete the mission at hand. Ka nodded and they quickly ran in opposite directions.

Shusou made his way to all the important hotspots of the Nameless Village, taking special care to memorize the locations of landmarks and useful infrastructures. Before long, he made his way back to the academy, where Ka was waiting. They put their reports together and went back to Shisu's classroom. "Hello, hello! Hope it wasn't too long a wait," Shusou said brightly. He then made his way to the board. Grabbing the chalk, he quickly drew out a map of the village, which under his hand resembled a picture of a cell in an anatomy book. Alright, then,” Shusou clapped his hand and began.

“Here's the main office. It's where one can find information on updates, upcoming events, and other guild related things. Ah, and you can also ask questions and make suggestion there!

The Anbu hideout is, well I can't be certain. I wasn't allowed in. But it seems to be where top ranking shinobi meet to discuss things about the village.

As for the center of town; it's a place where all the major buildings (like the hospital and the library) and shops are located.

The Shinobi Records is a place where data about the Nameless Village's shinobi is compiled and stored.

The Wilderness, that's just what it says. It's the untamed part of the village, and seems to form a natural defense against intruders.”

Shusou gave smile brightened as he pointed to a corner of the map. “This here is the Village Academy. It's where newbies like me are taught the ropes and graduate to become Genin.

The Training Ground is a place where shinobi can polish their skills and the housing district is where they can catch a break (the houses and common house are located in here).

The Village Archive is a library of old information is stored. The Cells Headquarters is where shinobi are grouped into teams of at least three members. The Miscellaneous Missions section is where missions take place. Inanity Tavern is the local pub where general chaos is allowed.

Fate's Casino is essentially a game lounge where games and contests take place. The Battle Dome is where official matches between shinobi take place and the Guild Events sector is where high ranking officials hold events. As for the Village Outskirts, it seems to be in the process of a building project.” Shusou looked over at Ka, and asked him if he was missing anything.

“I think that's all,” Ka said, his large bat-like ears twitching as he tried to go over the information.

Shusou smiled up at his teacher, his eyes shining. “Hope everything's good!”

Haruko smiled even more at the student's enthusiaum and shook her head as she giggled slightly. 'Its been awhile since I taught, I miss this feeling.' Returning her attention to the profile, Haruko noticed that in a lot of ways Shusou and her were pretty similiar in terms of abilities and background. 'Though its not exactly the same, it seems we both came from a family with a medical background and we also both have summonings...I think I'll get along with him great.' Setting aside the profile, Haruko turned to look at Shisu and wondered how the girl was handling her first teaching situation so far. "Hey, how are you doing Shisu-san? Handling everything okay?" Glancing at the empty classroom, Haruko decided that to stick to what she would usually would do while the student was out gathering the information on the various locations. Except this time, it would be Shisu who would be caring it out. "Shisu-san, lets use this time to prepare the next lesson alright? I want you to write up a situation on the board so that once Shusou returns he can respond to it." Looking expectingly at the young girl, Haruko waited to see what kind of situation Shisu would come up with.

Hearing the sound of reapproaching footsteps, Haruko diverted her attention from Shisu to the classroom door. Spotting Shusou happily make his way inside and towards one of the empty boards, Haruko watched with interest as the young boy drew up a miniature map of the village. 'Interesting, I've never seen someone do that before. I like.' Listening carefully to what Shusou said, Haruko mentally began to check things off one at a time from her mental list of all the village's imporatant landmarks. Smiling, Haruko was impressed with the student's list but was slightly disappointed that she couldn't recieve a full score. Flashing Shusou a knowing smile, Haruko spoke in mischivious tone. "You sure that all Shusou-san, Ka-san? Cause this is your last chance to add in anything before we give you your grading for this information gathering exersice?" Curious to see if either of them had caught what was missing, Haruko decided to wait for Shusou to respond first before asking Shisu for her assessment on the Shusou's report.

{@Shisu: Sorry for the slight god-mod in this post. Just wanted to make use of the time and this post came after Vermillion posted so yeah...anyhow, the next part is the rp situation so I'll be needing you to write up some sort of rp repsonse for Vermillion's rpc to respond to after you explain the second part to him. I would suggest quoting the rp response. Usually I would just do [quote"On the board"] . Good luck.

@Vermillion: Great to hear! The best way to love a good rp is to have an rpc that you love. That's why its good to make it to your liking. smile }

Shusou looked up, puzzled at Haruko's question. 'Missing something?' he thought. He looked up at his map, attempting to find a hole. But he couldn't think that he had missed anything. But on the other hand--"Ka, did you happen to take note of anyone saying something about anything that sounds like a building?"

Ka closed his eyes, trying hard to think of all the sounds he heard while he was gathering information. His ears were specially made to hear even the smallest sound. He had heard hundreds of conversations while he was looking around, and finally one floated to the front of his mind. "Command Center." He said slowly. "I heard a group talking about... something about orders and the briefcase?"

Shusou laughed a bit at Ka's misinterpretation. "I think you mean debriefing. It must be the place to go for getting mission information, planning, and debriefing." He looked up expectantly at the two teachers, hoping his guess was right.

Shisu walked over to the board to start writing a situation on the board. Halfway through, Shusou-san came back in, so Shisu focused her attention on his report while still writing. Looks like he missed two, she thought, smiling slightly. A slight chuckle escaped Shisu's lips also at Haruko-sensei's response. Shisu listened again while Shusou-san consulted with Ka-san to try to figure out what they missed. When Shusou-san successfully guessed one of them Shisu turned her head to look at him and said, "You know, if you don't figure out the one you missed you wont have a room and won't be getting much sleep tonight."

With that, Shisu finished the last sentence on the board and put the chalk down. It read:

Quote:
It's morning and you exit your room to find a note on the floor. Bending down you open and read it only to discover that all of your friends have been taken hostage. Looking up from the note you see a figure across the hall from you. The figure is almost six foot with a hood covering his face and the rest of his body. Before you can react, kunai fly at you from under his cloak heading straight for you.

Turning to face Shusou-san, Shisu said, "Okay, all you have to do is respond to this situation. Just write it on the board below it. You should handle the situation however you would normally. Any questions?"

{{No problem, Lilly. I'm sorry I couldn't post again last night, I think I'm further East than you two, so hours are different. Sorry that I kind of posted the situation when you weren't done, Vermillion, I just wanted to make sure you had something to do. Basically, all the situation is doing is testing your RPing skills, so just act like you're fighting the creepy-hooded-dude. Did I miss anything Lilly?

P.S. Sorry my post is kind of choppy, I'm still half-asleep and have to leave in like two minutes, so it's rushed also.}}

'Hm, still missing something,' Shusou concentrated as Shisu wrote out something on the board. He didn't think Ka would be of any help, as he seemed to have expired the limits of his memory on remembering that one-off conversation. Shusou thought about making an earth clone and quickly going over the village again, but thought that it would take a bit too much time.

Instead, he conjured up an aerial view of the village. He had seen it before when he first made his way to the [Nameless Village]; on a high tree he had made careful notes of the shape of the village. He mentally crossed out all the place he had been. Then he began to cross of the locations of all the landmarks Ka had observed. He searched his mental map for any holes, and just as he was beginning to lose hope, he saw it.

A space in the village he hadn't looked at thoroughly. It had been somewhat empty when he ran through, so he hadn't made note of it. Plastered all over the square were many notices. A sort of information center. 'Right then,' he sighed. 'Let's see if I can stumble my way through.' Smiling brightly at his teacher he began. “There's some sort of plaza not far from here that seems to where information is posted, as well as where announcements are made. Perhaps that's what you meant?” Shusou hoped that would be sufficient as he read over the situation on the board.

“Right then,” he murmured. He took hold of the chalk and began to quickly fashion a response.

Shusou quickly threw himself to the right, as the kunai made their way towards him.'This guy! He must be with the kidnappers.' His eyes darted to his side, searching for Ka who had been beside him moments before the kunai were thrown. Seeing him to the left, safe and sound and ready to attack, Shusou turned his attention back to the attacker.

“Any particular reason you're attacking? I have no problem with playing a game with you, “ he said cheerfully as he took out two kunai of his own from the holsters at his sides. “but this is a bit much,” he finished. Without warning he darted towards the hooded man's left, the kunai in his left hand facing down, ready to slash at his opponent; the one on his right, pointing forward to stab at him.

When he was near enough, he swiped his left hand toward the man's side, hoping for a clean slice across the side of his lower abdomen.

Shusou put down the chalk and looked up expectantly at his teacher, a hint of nervousness in his joyful smile.
