Bleez fiddled with her T-Rex necklace that lay around her neck as she waited, rather impatiently, for her friend to arrive. Since growing, her mind was a blur of questions, mostly about herself and her friends. The current one that ran through her mind was "Has Vali grown too?" She knew her friend was older than her, but she had also encountered the fact that all spawn grew at different rates.
Her tail curled and uncurled around her legs. She would never admit it, but she was nervous. The last time she saw Vali was when they went to the animatronic Dinosaur exhibit at the park. She allowed herself her usual one-fang smirk as she remembered the fun time she had.
But now she was waiting at the main entrance of the mall. There were so many people here today, it was more than a little irksome. Most of the people were merely browsing around, not really buying anything, so there was a lot of movement between the stores, but not much in the stores.
She glanced around, hoping to catch sight of her metal friend. She managed to catch that there was a movie she wanted to see at the theater, but it didn't start for another hour yet. Maybe Vali'd like to see it with her? She'd have to ask him when he got there.

It had been a wail since he had seen his younger wrath friend Bleez. So Vali was actually a bit shock to have received her call asking for him to meet her at the mall. Her voice had had a slight different tone to it. Maybe she had gone too.
Since having had the meeting with his 'parents' he had started to have some emotional problems. That and his newest growth spurt had left it hard, and currently slightly painful, for him to sleep on his back and it seemed that he had lost some blades in the shift to his pre-teen stage, but all but two of those that were left hand grown into some wickedly long blades. His tail form was solid trim metallic muscles underneath the loose shirt he wore over low riding, though not sagging flattering pants. He wondered for a moment how Bleez would find him. What if she had not grown and would not recognize him. His long tail slip up along his pants and dipped into a pocket where a dry erase marker lurked. It spade lick tip flicked at the cap to free the marker tip.
Vali scanned over the faces in the crowd. The thought of seeing Bleez did bring a quicker pace to his heart. He really wanted to see her and be with her up beat fast personality. From the amount of muscles on his thin form and his size, as well as emotional roller coaster her could not get off up it was clear that his hormones had been kicking in. A small half smile kissed the corner of his lips as he spotted the grey doubled horns atop long grey locks, and then shortly after the multi colored arm and tail of Bleez. It looked like she had grown a bit herself. At least he hoped the spawn he drew closer to was Bleez. She was currently looking away from him and when he drew close enough he ventured a guess, "Good afternoon Bleez." his voice had dropped rather low and though he could not help but feel excitement and mix of joy and worry, his voice seemed rather withdrawn.

Bleez jumped and spun, her shocked expression immediately turning to that of glee. "VALI!" she shouted, throwing herself on him in a quick hug before releasing him. "Lookit.you! You've.grown.like.I.'ave!" Her speech had gotten faster, there were no longer the breaks in between any words or sentences. Bleez didn't want to admit it, but she was having a hard time looking away from Vali. He was so cool, with his metallic skin and withdrawn look. For all she knew he was just acting cool and succeeding. She kept grinning at him, in any case.
"I'm.so.glad.you.could.make.it! I.was.a.bit.worried.that.you.wouldn't.show. Dis.place.isn't.all.that.cool." She scratched the back of her head as she shoved her non-clawed hand in her pants pocket awkwardly. Her tail grasped for one of the spikes on her arm, slipping off and trying to grasp it again. It wasn't that it had a mind of its own, it was that she didn't know what to do with it. Her tail had become prehensile upon her growth; before that, she'd only been able to wag it.
She searched her mind quickly, bypassing all the questions flying around and trying to think of something clever or interesting to say. "So.how's.my.Vankylosaurus?" She mentally kicked herself; what a lame thing to say.

As she looked him over Vali allow himself the same for her figure. She was even more of a tomboy than she had been the last time they met. If he had not known her before he might have actually though Bleez was a boy. But in spite of this she was still very pretty, or would it be she was handsome. Then her fanged little mouth opened and a machine gun of words slapped him in the face. It seemed that she speaking speed had increased. It took him a moment to adjust to how quickly she talked but then he gave a nod.
He head tilted down a bit as he watched her tail try to hold onto her arm. He could not help but think it was cute and he had a moment thought of reaching out and taking a hold of the little spiked tail. This thought causing his own tail to release the marker in his pants and slip free of the pocket.
His lips curved into a small smile when she brought up her nickname for him. He put a hand to his chest and dropped down to one knee giving a very formal bow and looking up at Bleez, "I have missed my Bleezasaurus Rex King. You have grown up very nicely. I almost could not tell it was you." He said in his low voice his tail taking that moment to flick over and try to wrap around the tip of Bleez's. He reached out his hand to grab his tail. "Sorry I am still not used to it moving around so much. And of course I would show up. When my king calls me how can I stay away? I was very glad to hear from you Bleez."

Bleez melted inside when Vali spoke. Such a cool voice! The hue of her cheeks begin to gain a tint of pink as he knelt in front of her and spoke again. Her tail swished from side to side quickly as she pushed all of her nerves down to her tail. Anytime it came close to Vali's tail, it would try to curl around it before being dragged back by its own weight. "Glad.to.hear.from.you.too."
Bleez forced her cheeks to return to their normal color as she bent down to take ahold of Vali's hands to help him up, even though she was sure he didn't need help up. She let go of his hands when he stood and cleared her throat. "So,what.do.ya.want.to.do? I.thought.we.could.see.a.movie.maybe.if.ya.want. There's.s'post.ta.be.a.good.one.on.in.about.an.hour. So.we.have.time.ta.kill.so.to.speak. That's.IF.you.want.to.see.it.of.course!" As she spoke her hands waved about, as if trying to explain what she was trying to say. Once she was done speaking, she gripped her hands behind her back and smiled, rocking on the heels of her bare feet. Good thing this mall was used to "oddities" and didn't require shoes like most places did.

Vali gave a soft nod as he stood up slowly. He let his hand linger a bit on her's before he let go. He liked to see the color kissing her cheeks. "Oh a movie sounds like fun. And if it is not for a wail then we can go and walk the mall a bit. If it would not much may I hold my king's tail with mind? It seems like we both need to work on controlling them don't you think?" He knew it might be a bit odd but he also knew that since they were both friends it should be fine. But if she said no then it would not be that big of a deal.
His tail twisted and waved in the air near her's. "So what is this movie you want to see about? I don't think your the type that would want to see that new um...what do they call it...chick flick. But I will go see one if that is what you would like. Dooms knows I will be out with you all day. And I even got permission to stay out late. So you have me as long as you wish to have me my king." he tried to give a laugh and it sounded a bit soft.

"I.was.thinking.about.seeing.that.new.action.movie. I.forget.the.name.of.it.right.now," she replied, a little flustered at her own forgetfulness. "But.I'm.positive.it.doesn't.start.for.an.hour." She nodded, reassuring herself more than Vali.
Bleez didn't see any harm in letting their tails curl together. It's not like they'd be holding hands, that's just what girly girls and babies do... even if she did want to hold Vali's hand in her own. "Nah.dat's.cool." She masked her excitement with a veneer of coolness. Her tail, on the other hand, eagerly grasped Vali's and settled into a slight swinging motion between the two of them.
She smiled at him, "My.mum.says.ta.be.home.by.8, but.I.think.she'd.understand.if.I.was.late."

Vali could not help the racing of his heart as she allowed their tails to curl around each other. It was so very good to feel someone else's body touch him. The fact that she was willing to touch him, and more so in public, was wonderful. He wanted to smile brightly but his lips you not allow the smile to cross his face. Little did he know that he was not the only one also trying to be cool.
"The movie sounds fun. And I will be glad to get to spend time alone with you. Not that this is a date." He leaned forward and with out thinks he whispered into her ear, "If it was I would not be taking you back until morning." As soon as those words left his mouth he gasped his chheks turning a dark shade. "Oh my god I am so sorry my king, I did not mean to say that!" his tail loosened a bit. He had no idea why he had said that. He did enjoy spending time with her. But right now he prayed that what he had said would not ruin their time together.

Bleez was stunned by the comment. She'd never heard such a thought uttered by such a sweetheart of a spawn! It was so... bad.... and she REALLY liked it! Her cheeks turned a deep red.
Her tail gripped his tightly, not letting it slip away. A devious smirk licked the corner of her mouth. "Oh?" her voice had deepened, quieted, and slowed considerably. She lowered her eyes and looked up at him. "So, what'd you mean by that?" She brought her clawed hand up and bit her thumb claw lightly, smiling a very... not-so-innocent smile.

Vali looked down at their tails as the thicker tail curled around his. He looked back up as Bleez spoke. Though his thick shaggy metallic hair covered his eyes it was clear he was only looking at her. He reached a large smooth hand up to move her claws from her lips and shifted his body closer to her's. He was shocked that she sounded and looked so excited. And the slower lower voice was very attractive.
Vali's hand returned to cup Bleez's warm cheek. "Shall I give you a preview of what I mean?" He leaned forward bringing their mouths close to each other. His tail gently tugging her around his hip to draw his king nearer. This was so strange and yet he could not stop himself. And so far it did not seem that Bleez was going to stop him.

Her face burned hotter as his hand caressed her cheek. She felt her heart quicken, like it was trying to leap out of her chest and into his hands. Her head began to swim as he spoke and drew her close. All she could manage as an answer was a hushed, "Yeah." Such an odd and wonderful feeling this was. She'd forgotten where they were and really didn't care if anyone else was around or watching.
Ever since she'd grown she'd been fighting with her emotions. She wanted to be cool, but she didn't want to be distant of everyone. She also craved the acceptance of a certain someone. If this was really just a dream, she didn't want to wake up.

This was just like how the stories he read went. All of the noise and people around them faded into the background. It seemed like it was just the two of them. The two of them and Bleez's beautiful lips. He brushed his thumb lightly over the smirking lips. Why did he not feel as shy as he thought he would as he leaned down and softly placed his lips to her's.
The kiss did not last too long for the silver skinned male pulled his head back. His eyes searched over her face. The color on her cheeks made her look far more feminine and pretty. He had a moments thought of reclaiming his friend's lips again and explore more of what they could do with each other and their mouths. " perhaps we should enter the mall my king or we might not even get to see your movie. Shall we buy the tickets now just to make sure?"

The hair on the back of Bleez's neck stood on end. The kiss was electric, short and exciting. When he pulled away her immediate thought was to jump him and kiss him again. That feeling was intoxicating.
"Uh... yeah,yeah," she replied awkwardly, her speech speeding back up. She was still blushing. Brushing her hair to the side, only to have it fall back in her face, she looked away from Vali. Did he not like it? Was she not a good kisser? Her stomach twisted.
Stealing a glance at him she quickly looked to the doors. No one had paid them any attention, maybe it was best that they go inside. She sighed internally and tried to steal up her courage again.
"Let's.get.those.tickets." She tried to hide her tumultuous feelings from showing in her voice but her tail gave her away again as it loosened and almost let go of Vali's tail. "We.can.try.the.arcade.or.something."

Vali's tail tighten and slide. A bit lower down Bleez's as he felt her letting go. yes the arcade could be a fun way to pass the time until the movie. Then inside..." he reached down and taken the scaled wrath hand brought it up to his lips before he kissed the back of it. "We can continue that kiss and not miss your show my dear king."
He gave a weak smile. "Oh and I owe you a pounce. Marii taught me some good ways to pounce. If we were not on cement I would have been atop you." as he finally started to walk in side he reached down to take up Bleez's human hand so they could walk easier and he could try and hold her hand. "If you were to go on a date where would you like to go?"

Now she was really confused. Did he like her like she liked him? Or just as friends? But he did want to keep kissing her, so that meant something right?
The pouncing comment really caught her off guard. The pinkish red tint returned to her face as he grasp her "normal" hand and held it. She had to admit that it shot a shiver up her arm that she liked.
"Date?" Her speech slowed again at the mention of the word. "I.... um.." She'd honestly never given it much thought and her knowledge on the subject was minimal at best. She just knew that her mom didn't want her dating until she could drive, though she'd never learn how. It was so unfair. But this could be secret dating right? A very small smile snuck onto her face as the thought came to mind.
The Wrath spawn looked at Vali, her eyelids lowered and her lips partially opened as her smile broadened. "I dunno... what do you suggest?"
