I'm currently kicking around the idea, since I love drawing and creating stuff. During my treks around the city *which I do often* I ran into a small design company called Inkworks, and they had some incredible stuff in there, and it really made me want to see if I could make it to that level. I'm also starting to see EVERYTHING in Photoshop terms, so it may be a natural step to take it to the pro level..

I'm still thinking about it either lol a professional Designer tent to make lots of income (which I'm mostly interesting in... income) but the fact that I gotta keep my idea running all the time's kinda hard... since the number of population increasing everyday n mad numbers... r going to be a designer n there's going to be soooo many competition going on... makes me wanna just keep the designing thing as a part time job or just hobbie... neutral ||

Rewards system at work. It could pay hansomely, but you better bring your A Game to every assignment you get. They wouldn't want a design they could do themselves...

My advice would be to make sure you don't lock yourself away in design courses only.
You'll need to understand business, economics, marketing, and obviously the more of a depth you have in other subjects (history, literature, etc.) the more of a resource and wellspring of ideas you'll be.
Be flexible. Think fast. Kick butt. Have fun.
