Even after they had gone, S'ren stood there for a moment, staring at the place of the scene. "Well, that was certainly odd," he remarked. Then with a sigh and a shake of his head he said, "These Invaders take too much liberty. I don't trust them." And what was with that flit just now? It could have been anything really, but the timing and the manner of rushing a way was just a touch too suspicious.

There has been lots of firelizard activity about the Weyr lately, Tereth remarked in agreement. Moreso since the additional Healers and riders arrived. They are likely being used as messengers.

That would be a safe assumption. The tiny crimson on his shoulder shifted her wings restlessly, and the brownrider reached up with a hand to pat her and calm her down. Turning to the fellow wingrider beside him, S'ren asked, "What are your thoughts on the matter, C'amil?"

It was hard for Ca'mil to be distracted from her work at times, but the paper waving angry argument between the two healer had been hard to miss. She wasn't normally the type to try and eves drop but such a display practically begged for it.

Unfortunately there wasn't so much to hear as there was to watch and she was somewhat relieved that she and S'ren went unnoticed in the shade where they had been talking about their recent Wing practice. "Nor do I" She agreed with the brown rider as he stated his distrust. It was nice to hear him say it as she'd been chalking up allot of her distaste for the 'invades' as they'd come to call them on their views towards Atypical's. Being the rider of one that was somewhat of a sore point with her.

"I'd certainly love to get a peak at that clipboard of his" She further expanded with a thoughtful look in the direction the healers had run off in "And find out what was on that paper..." she too wondered about the flit's appearance. They were useful creatures and she liked them, but they could also be used for less then nice reasons at times. Like stealing - certainly it wouldn't be the first case of it in history.

"They are only following their's"Cheryth piped us - as she was fond of the small creatures. ' I know love' Ca'mil sent back 'they are not responsible for what theirs teach them to do' She assured the crimson. "The flit was a bit suspicious now wasn't it,the way they all rushed off after it arrived"

"Yeah, Tereth and I were just talking about them," S'ren agreed. "There has been a lot of firelizard activity around the Weyr lately. Hard to imagine what they are up to that would require so much messaging back and forth, but I too would rather like a look at that clipboard." It had grown quite large in size since Masterhealer Givon had first arrived, and that was quite a curious thing. There couldn't possibly be that many notes in there from simply observing the eggs. The interviews, perhaps? And possibly even any stolen papers that firelizards might have been fetching. "And I hardly see why the other needed to rush away like that. Short of someone possibly being injured, there shouldn't be that much around here that they would need to attend to."

"Especially as we have our own healers to attend to any injuries" She agreed. "They mostly spend their time fussing about the eggs and driving poor Alumanth near insane with her first clutch" She stated in a rather annoyed tone. "Though obviously they've been doing other things haven't they, I don't see how that clipboard could all be filled on notes of the eggs...lets face it until they hatch eggs don't really do much now do they" She mused.

"Whatever it was on that paper he clearly didn't like it, I wonder if anyone else has noticed odd comings and going with Flits involved?" Thought it might be a bit of a fetch the flit was really the only thing they had to go on - and people were so used to them flying about at the Weyr that they probably wouldn't question what they saw. She doubted she would have noticed it herself if there hadn't been the argument accompanying it.

S'ren shook his head. "No, eggs don't do much. And interview notes shouldn't take up that much space either," he added in. The harassing of poor Alumanth was a rather sore spot for most in the Weyr and definitely did nothing to improve opinions toward the Invaders. Even Brakiath was being affected by this as the Gold was the one responsible for keeping things under control.

"We could probably ask around about any suspicious firelizard activity," S'ren suggested. "I don't know if anyone would have noticed much, but perhaps they might have noticed if they were carrying anything or constantly swarming about the Healers." The matter warranted investigation for sure. "The dragons could always help as well." He'd have included his own flit in that statement, but given the fact that she was stubbornly attached to him about 95% of the time, he doubted she would be of much use in investigations just yet.

"It couldn't hurt" Ca'mil acknowledged with a small nod, she wasn't sure exactly what they would find out - but it was a mystery to be solved and well...she did so love those types of things. "certainly I don't think I could sleep with not doing anything - would badger me endlessly" She admitted.

Besides it could be important and if the Benden healers were doing something sneaky the Weyrleaders deserved to know about it. Benden was an old Weyr and somewhat desperate lately if what sh'd heard about their lacking clutches was truth. She wouldn't put it past them to do something sneaky.

They might not be able to find out too much on their own, but with the help of dragons and the others they might actually happen across some reliable information. After all, he and Tereth had rather close connections with Weyr gossip on a regular basis.

I will be sure to speak to Elitmioth on the matter shortly, the Brown said. She and E'lai are otherwise occupied at the moment.

That's fine, no need to rush, S'ren replied back. It would probably be best to speak to some people first anyway. "Well, I ought to be going. There are a few things I need to take care of before evening," he said to C'amil with a small smile. "I'll see you later then. Do take care."

Ca'mil's mind was never far from the work she still had to accomplish and she had some things to take care of as well, she nodded to S'ren as he stated his good-byes "I do as well, but if you find anything interesting..let me know and I shall do the same" They'd get much further working together and sharing information after all, and with dragons - sharing information was a very simple thing. No need for a face to face meeting even. Very convenient.
