I am insulted at your insinuation, for you are a jackass, since you don't agree with me.
...seriously though, I do disagree. I beleive the core of a true philosopher is: "Yea, we know everyone in the world is stupid, including ourselves. However, if we put our collective stupidity together and think about our stupidity, we might just actually have a faint glimer of something resembling intelligence."
So, if you replaced the word Jackass with "Retard", then I would say that it was the ideal core of philosophy. But Jackass is more about arrogance and an unwillingness to listen, rather than a lack of knowledge or mental capacity.
