Not sure when this was taken (the video post date says November 29, 2009 so it's possibly around that time), but it's Gaga being interviewed by Ellen on the Ellen DeGeneres Show (hence the title). I laughed so hard at the beginning when she yells "NOT AS BIG AS ELLEN!"
rofl Ironically though, Lady Gaga is bigger than Ellen. Edit: While looking around on YouTube, I found another one of her on the Ellen DeGeneres Show so here's a clip or two from an interview dated May 12, 2009.
