SPECIALIST

Specialists are units who excel in a particular area which doesn't necessarily apply to the standard procedure of Armed Combat, or whom possess a specific skill that otherwise needs intensive, lengthy, or expensive training and ability to achieve. Specialists form the backbone of the trained individuals with separate special, and crucial skills in the Armed Forces.

Not to be confused with the rank Specialist, not all Specialists are technically "Specialists", although if you achieve the level of specialist, you will automatically be promoted to the rank of "Specialist" as a base level.

Becoming a specialist does not remove you from your branch; rather, you become a part of the certain specialist unit while still retaining you original branch. This is more or less a specific training area to hone and expand on skills required in your specific position. While you may not experience some kind of job changing specialist training, if you train here, you will definitely be leaving being capable of specializing in a particular area.

In addition, any Specialist is Technically automatically E-4 or above and must be registered in the Specialist area (after passing/engaging in activities). Not all people who receive specialist training and simply want to use the information must be registered, however.
