Same here, but I was just wondering, when is Amegakure going to start the Rping? Because there is only about 2 or three Rp topics but shouldn't their be about 5 or 7?

We might need more people ( Chuunin and under) in each village before we start Rping I think, but you can just go to Konoha shinobi Academy and fight with a training dummy smile

you may create a specific topic if you want that you would like for rp'ing such as the hokage monument or something. The Amekage had some emergency and will be back in a couple days.

Does everyone know that A nindo is your way of life not a saying you just say to certain people? A nindo is your dream, your way of life, it can be concealed in a sentence but must atleast be able to find the motive of that line by just looking at it.
A nindō (忍道, Ninja Way) is a rule for the particular shinobi to live by. It is their way of ninja life, their motto.
Your nindo can't be something you just say once and is never heard from again, or what you do in a fight. It's what you say to people when they ask "What do you want to be [insert name here]?"
Sorry for my rant but I just had to address this situation.

Rules of Conduct 2. Kage of Villages must create their own Threads. PM your Kage if you wish to have a Topic added, if you have already created one please delete it and send a Pm asking the Kage to reimburse it. Remember it's their job, they may not be neglecting it but may have forgotten one. (In my case the Former.) - xXToorimaXx

Pardon me for being so blunt, but the above does apply as well. In Konoha's case I believe you would have to contact Ryu, It's more a test to make sure the Kages we picked are reliable. If they have poor member management skills, or are too lazy to update it then it becomes clear they are not cut out for the position.
Please don't argue the Conduct though, Rules are there for a reason.
