Heya folks, got some news from good Ol' Greg Ayres (Son Goku) about Saiyuki Reload, Gunlock and Requim being dubbed.
Apparently, some other company bought the rights to Dub Reload and Gunlock, SO, guess what this means? None of the original voice actors are going to be in it. No Greg Ayres, No David, No one! ;;
HOWEVER, for the Saiyuki Requiem Movie, All of the Orignal voice actors will be in it.

I heard a rumor about that a while back.. I guess it's not just a rumor anymore, ne? sweatdrop

Yes I was really disappointed when I heard abou that this morning yet, I was happy to talk with Greg so that made me happy ^_^ Also the knowledge of Requiem is good so, yeah, Let's just hope the replacement voices for Reload and Gunlock are good.

I think Luna mentioned that news awhile back. sweatdrop I'm looking forward to seeing the dubbing of the Requiem movie though. It's a sweet film.

Yeah, I found that out a while ago. I hope the new VAs do a good job. I'll be willing to at least give them a shot. If I find out who they are, I'll post it here.

Do you know when they will release the next season here in America? I don't know if it is reloaded or Gunlock or what but I know the first season has ended and I hope a new season is realeased soon.

I don't know if it is reloaded or Gunlock or what but I know the first season has ended and I hope a new season is realeased soon. The next season would be Reload and the one after is Reload Gunlock. Eh... I'm not sure when either will be released here though. xp

...had not heard that before. Oh, well... c'est la vie. At least on the DVDs there will still be the same japanese cast, ne? Well, I actually prefer the dub, but, still, there's not much to be done, now is there?

I haven't heard any exact street date by Geneon regarding release of Reload, only that it will be sometime in 2004, with Gunlock being released in 2005. So expect at least early 2004, since Reload only has 25 eps, and we're not sure on how long Gunlock will run yet.
Geneon has both, and are probably working on the dubs as we speak. I'll be watching the subs, as though i loved Greg Ayres as Goku, i've always prefered the japanese seiyuu.
