Personality:
Rosutu's personality is further emphasized by his generally lazy expression, aloof manner, relaxed voice, and minimalist attitude. In serious situations, however, he is shown to have a very stern and intense look. He is almost always with his iron guard gloves. Another noticeable feature to Rosutu, other than his unique right eye, is the thin scar running over it and down to his cheek. He also wears his flak jacket under his vest and covers his mouth with it supposedly to "Hide all emotions".
While it has yet to be revealed why, he has always been seen concealing the lower half of his face. In the few instances that he is seen without his turtle neck covering his mouth, it has been seen that he has a narrow jaw-line; in these instance's the parts of his face normally covered by his turtle neck are obstructed from view.

When Rosutu was born he was born with a slight "defect.", a golden right eye, it had the design of a sharingan but was golden and had no effects. Rosutu is usually called out about his eye and finds the comments about it slightly funny.
