Welcome To Pokeisland! This is a roleplay based around our guild of Pokeisland. Anyone that's a member of the guild can join as long as they have received their first pokemon. There will be roleplay battle and contests tournaments and some pokemon that you can only catch by being here. But even if you don't do any of that, you can still enjoy roleplaying with other people here.Rules.1. Follow the gaia ToS.
2. No Godmodding.
3. Have at least 3 sentences per post and no one liners.
4. "This" for talking, This for thinking, and ((This)) for OoC, or at least make it so that people can tell your talking in OoC. Please use third person in your post also.
5. We're only using pokemon from the guild here, so try not to use pokemon you don't have.
6. If you post in here, I'm going to put your name on a list of people who are in the roleplay to be used for organization and tournament structure. Pm me if you plan to leave so I can take your name off the list.
7. Feel free to decorate your posts with pictures and colored text, but no colors that hurt the eyes and try not to stretch the page with huge images. If you don't want to, that's fine too.
New rules might be added in the future. Not following these rules, some more than others, can get you kicked out of the roleplay. If you have any questions, feel free to pm me.Places of Interest.The City-Located in the center of Pokeisland. It is very big and has many attractions for trainers. Contains the Stadium, the Mall, a variety of small pokemarkets, and Central Park. Surrounded by forests on the north, east and west sides but has a grassy plain to the south.
The Stadium-Located in east side of the City. It is where many Pokemon battle tournaments and Contests are held. It has an open top rain or shine, but a canopy over the audience to keep them dry.
The Mall-Located in the west side of the city. A place for all your pokemon and other needs. There are many smaller pokemarts as you approach it.
Central Park-As the name suggests, it is located in the center of the City. It's sort of like Amity Park, but all pokemon are welcome here to relax and socialize.
North path out of the City leads to an abandoned(?) mining town. If you continue north from there, you travel a long and dangerous path up to the top of the moutain.East path out of the City leads to the Plains and Ranches/Farms. The professor has his lab there and all the pokemon that can't be with their trainers stay there.South path out of the City leads to the Lake, Beach and Harbor.
The Lake-Located south west of the city. A very large and deep lake. Boats can be rented to people for going out on the lake.
The Pokebeach-Takes up most of the south shore. The best looking beach on the island. A great place to relax and play in the ocean.
The Harbor-One of the ways to get off and on to Pokeisland. Also boats go to other nearby islands too, if you have the right ticket.The west path leads to...a dead end?
As you travel down this path, the forest surrounding you gets so dense that the path begins to disappear. A lot of people end up lost in this part of the forest, but always seem to make it back to where they started.BattlingBattling here is going to be roleplayed out rather than using generated numbers. Levels and moves will still come into play. This is also a point where you should be careful that your not godmodding. Battling shouldn't take too long either, if it is, I'll step in and declare a winner.ContestsThere will be opportunities for you to enter into a contest here. If you don't know what a contest is, let me explain it. The first round is an Appeal round where you show off your pokemon using moves or other means. Three judges will decide who goes onto the next round. The second round is where two people battle their pokemon, but in a stylish way. The round comes to an end when the time limit expires, maximum of ten posts per person totaling 20 post per battle, and the judges decides on a winner or one pokemon faints before that.EventsNone currently at the moment, but once more people show up we'll have one.  Honey walked down a street in the City heading toward Central Park. She just watched an exhibition battle held at the Stadium and wanted now to let her pokemon have some free time. Chii was out of her pokeball running around and following her was Sunshine. Honey smiled as she watched the two pokemon gossip and giggle as they ran through the streets. Continuing down the street, she fiddled with her other pokeballs. Zuzu, Sam, and Jitters were still in theirs, but once she got to the park she would let them out. ((Yay! First Post!!))

Chii and Sunshine made it to the park first. Their trainer slowly followed behind them, not yet sharing their enthusiasm. Honey took her other pokeballs off of her belt and let out the pokemon inside them. Upon exiting his pokeball, Sam was wandering all over the place. Honey walked over to bench, Zuzu and Jitters following her, where she noticed a newspaper on it. It wasn't even a day old, so she took the time to sit on the bench and read it while her pokemon were playing. ((For the trainer card, I just put the image code into my signature. And next time you post, can you remember to add your periods and capitalization, thank you :3))

 Jason sighed, walking through the park, his Ghost Lairon following shortly behind him, his Salamence flying above him, casting a large shadow. He looked around, trying to find people. "Come on out, guys." he says, calling out his Artic Mewtwo, Mespirit, Phione, and his oddly colored Pichu. He smiles at his team, his champion team.. He sits in a bench and watches his pokemon run around and play.

While Honey was skimming over articles in the newspaper she had found, she barely noticed some of her pokemon wandering out of sight. She peered over the newspaper to watch her pokemon more closely, hoping they wouldn't cause too much trouble. Meanwhile, Sam is watching some pokemon he hasn't seen before. He decides that this would be a good time as ever to play ninja. As quietly as he can, he crawls toward the new pokemon, trying his best not to be seen.

Honey was startled by the person who popped up in front of her. She put down the newspaper aside as the guy asked to talk to her. "Well umm..." She couldn't think of anything on the spot but noticed the smoochum by his side. "Oh that little on is pretty cute." She commented. "I'd bet she could do well in contests." Jason's 4th Pichu jumped over the top of the bench that Honey was sitting on, looked at the both of the people, and ran off, followed by a Phione and a Manaphy. Salamence flew over them, watching them, a large shadow cast over Honey on the bench. Jason sighed, following them. "'Cmon, Frost.."(Arcitc mewtwo, XD)

Honey watched as a pichu colored much like her own jumped on the bench, but it left as quick as it came. A couple blue pokemon came by, and behind them was Sam sneaking around. He seemed to be too engrossed in what he was doing to notice his trainer. Honey looked up as a shadow was cast on her by a dragon pokemon in the sky. "Well the park is definitely active today..." She said to herself. Meanwhile, Chii was taking interest in the Smoochum. Her trainer had said this pokemon was cute and she had to access if this pokemon was a threat.

Bryan was working inside an inn that very moment. He was beginning to get tired so he decided to have his two pokemon help him
"come on out guys!"
out came electrike and bulbasaur. " 'kay, now lets help clean this place up."

Jason walked after his pokemon, enjoying the breeze. his Arctic mewtwo followed behind him, observing the surrounding, floating in the air. They pass by the park bench with the trainer on it. Arctic Mewtwo stared at the two trainers and their pokemon intently.

Danielle, Torchic and Eevee walk onto the beach. Eevee was running along the waterline over and over again while Torchic watched the waves and jumped away when they rose up towards her.
