I have a lot of anger lately along with impatience for some people. Is there a special prayer I can say to help with that?

I have times like that every so often. I don't have a prayer I just try to meditate near water. It's very relaxing and helps calm me. I also take a few breaths to calm down before I say anything after someone annoys me.

yeah truly meditation is the thing. i dont like giving people set prayers because i think they should mainly come from your intuition. one meditation is to see yourself sitting under a waterfall with it falling on your shoulders. then slowly see yourself become the water and flow down a stream or river as water.

That's a great one, Elf. I always put myself someplace I consider desolate and pretty. A mountain top with a view of a temple in the background and warm sun from above. Nice, easy on the eyes, and bigger than you.

To quote the great Qui-Gon Jinn; "There's always a bigger fish," and this is incredibly important to remember. wink

Meditation has helped. Who's ready for Samhain? I am!
