I wouldn't give any to my workmates (unless I'd become really,REALLY good friends with one/some),I'd give some to my family instead so that they could live out the rest of their lives in comfort,especially with them having health problems.

No way--my friends won't even get anything, why should co-workers? Family, bills and the future are where my money's going.
