These are the gates at the front of Kumogakure. Villagers must pass through here to get into the village, as well as people leaving the village. There are Jonin posted at the gate, ready to check each person that goes through these gates. If they think they might be a danger to the village, their entryway is denied.
The gates are set at the foot of the village, between the two mountain's the village sits on. There are pillars running through the mountains that you must hope across to get to the gates at the foot of the village.
It is very difficult to the village from the gates is challanging.. Since the Village is set on a large spinning top like building is set in the mountains, and therefore is very hide in the clouds, hence its name. You must either climb up the side, using chakra in your feet and hands, have the ability to scale the side without using chakra, or have some sort of Jutsu that you can use to get up there. If you think you cannot make it by youself, one of the gate guards will assist you to the village.
