The fighting system will take a few times reading to under get the effect jutsu ranks have on your rpc and then regen

Thats because if someone wants to be apart of a clan they have to make it. Im not going to put up all the clans that there are. Say you want to be part of the inuzuka clan and its not there you create it yourself

Okay so...I am also confused. I read the announcement and was wondering if it meant that EVERYONE is a genin..? That doesn't make sense to me. And the battling style..maybe a mock battle between two of whom understand it?

If you applied for a high ranking spot such as a kage or 7 swordsman and was approved you use those ranks jutsu limits and added stat points.
7 sword and 12 guardians are all jonin lvl
