What is funny is I have already been doing something similar to that within my squad when it comes to recruiting. Though none but enshara have taken to my squad missions.
I have already been doing recruiting through forums, rallies, and other things before so I find it funny that you chose yourself for that, when any captain can go forth and do it at once, which would improve the activity list, more so than just any one member of the guild.
The role play creator, and teacher... not very surprised you chose me for that to be honest with you...
Also unused forums are placed in the Archive subforum if this gets passed.
I have been moving alot of unused threads and what not into there already, as well as other captains and crew of the guild.
One thing about training of captains is, well we can't really train people to be worthy of it, because we will still have to take time and see if people are ready for it, or just skilled enough, and want it bad enough.
Overall I Say yes
This would be a good thing to do, and in like a day or so my new guild role play will begin... it would have taken long... Kaicho... if something didn't happen to my squad role play... (Only teasing you, don't worry."

wolfsong0 I don't think i will be too god at removing old threads cause i won't know what to remove == Removal Of Threads == Simple, just delete them, If you get stuck pm any other captain we'll tell you if its needed, Alternitavely, You could check the last post date, If its over a month then delete it =o Except for all the important s**t like Squad training areas, Rankings ect ect

Brought it up as a joke, I told you I don't really care. Plus I am giving Taco the honor to make a new squad role play. It won't be perfect, everything has it's flaws, saying it's perfect makes people believe they don't have to try as hard. Now the Archives I actually use alot more often than you think. I use it to make sure some things that have been passed, to a certain extent are not going beyond what they are supposed to do. Certain things can be deleted, yes, but I think past role plays, things passed in the Hall, and maybe a few more important things of the guilds history should be saved. This way people know exactly what has happened, what can be improved, and all sort of other things. Recruitment of you being online the most can be argued with, seeing as I have nothing really to do until August, and my sleep insomnia would work as a perfect arguing situation for myself against you, and I just love to watch people squirm in a good argument lol.

Kaicho, I don't feel comfortable with this Idea. It unsettles me completely. I don't feel comfortable with letting the people that you chose to do that kind of stuff. In the past, it has been my job to move the forums that aren't being used to the archives. I don't feel comfortable with Wolf song moving them, because, as he said, he wouldn't know what to move. With me dealing with Inactive members, I don't feel confortable with it, because some people have reasons (still ticked that you pmed me yesterday as soon as I got on and told me to get active). Redd, they shouldn't be moved immediately, they need to be moved like a week after, so the Captains that were not on, can see what we voted on that week. There is no Training for new Captains, it is looking for the leadership, and then seeing if they have the stuff to make it. As I said, I don't feel comfortable with this Idea.

Because we cannot truly determine who has the better mind for something with recruiting. Also like I said earlier, the best approach to it would be to have people post many different recruiting threads, which is why I have such a thing set up for a squad mission in the 11.

I like this idea Kaicho it gives everyone a job to do something so that they can stay active but also get other people active, there are some things that is a little problem like you should let people pick what they wanted to do. Examples: Athena already been Removal of old and un-used Forums / Threads so she should keep that job, Kai is only Temp. Captain and when Zoro returns and if Kai becomes Captain how do you expect a new Captain to train other new Captains I think an old Captain should train new Captains, and me personal I know I won't do a good job of creating fun activities but I my pitch ideas but I feel more comfortable with PMing inactive members. Also I don't know if you hadn't thought about it yet or maybe you did we are gonna need back-ups if the current people are busy like with school, family, or sickness.
Overall I say yes to the idea

I gave wolf the easiest job, All the most important jobs have gone to the most important people, i chose you for inactivity because you managed ast time, Yes some people have reasons but they should have posted in the Absences return thread ect, If they havnt then their just lazy meaning they dont want to be active, also meaning they should be banned

Everytime i send them out the "You will be kicked out of the squad, and possibly the guild", they post once and then stop posting again, until I re-pm them with the same message. Before, we was just banning people without warning, and if you don't remember, I got some of the nastiest pms form your brother, Ichi. As i said, I don't feel comfortable with the job you want to give me.

When it comes to members like that, it is rather simple to pm them that "posting up to only 10 times, one post a day will not cut it, if your activity does not become greater after so and so day, and if that day passes and your activity stops for more than a week without proper cause, or statement in the absent return thread, you will be banned without any further warning." I have done this many times. Also taking this job away from wolf would only cause a move of harm towards him. He will have to learn, and if he needs help, he can message me whenever he wants.
