Kami had spent all night and part of the morning tracking down a certain thief and now as the sun inched toward midday she was sure she had found exactly where he'd be. She was standing on the edge of of the most crowded area of Malik, the capitol of his home country. "Trybit!" She shouted into the crowd, as she scanned for his telltale paleness, "Come here! I got something I need to talk to you about!" Her ears were perked listening for any signs of the albino thief, planning to chase him and drag him with her if he tried to leave the area without talking to the werewolf.

Trybit had just picked a few coins from a very fat purse, the only reason he'd even taken the coins was because the man looked about as big around as a barrel and smelled of wine and good food. The fat merchant wasn't going to be hurting for money, and it's not like he'd notice a few coins missing. Walking back into the crowd, unnoticed he heard a rather irritated voice. He knew it well and spotted the little female werewolf without a problem. He was seriously torn as he looked at her, their last encounter having been...a little awkward what with hormones and such.
Shrugging he slipped through the crowd and popped up behind her, "Hey." Great opening line idiot. He moved a bit closer, "So, what do you need to talk to me about?" He wasn't blushing this time, but then he couldn't help taking a quick once over of her. then he awkwardly ruffled his long bangs out of his face and smirked lopsidedly, "Not coming to tell me to put things back again I hope."

She whipped around at his voice shaking her head and rolling her eyes at his question, "I should.... buuuuut no I'm not. Actually, I've come to ask you to steal something with me, kinda like the egg hunt, but not plastic eggs full of chocolate, and we aren't stealing from toddlers this time, oh and another difference is we aren't giving these back. I'm sure it'll be fun!" Her tail was wagging a mile a minute as she talked. Then she grabbed his wrist and pulling him away from the busy area. "Com'on let's go!"
The werewolf didn't even realize that she hadn't mentioned exactly who they were stealing from or that she hadn't mentioned what they were stealing.

He blinked, and quirked a brow as she said she wouldn't force him to take it back, that was a bit unusual, but then, Kami was starting to confuse the hell out of him. Curse you hormones. Taking a quick breath she rambled at him about taking something, he was intrigued, and also worried about the fact that she hadn't mentioned who they were going to be taking them from.
He avoided her tail as they almost sprinted out of the area where the merchants were easy pickings. "Kami, why do we have to leave this fast and what the heck are we actually going off to acquire?" He was hoping it wouldn't take too long to go and do this, as he'd only said he'd be out testing his skills for a few hours today.
"Also, where are we going?" He asked quite loudly as they were now heading towards one of the city gates.

The werewolf stopped a bit away from the gates turning to look at the albino, slightly confused before she realized that she hadn't really informed him of anything except she wanted to steal something. Giving a lopsided grin she apologized. "Sorry, um, let me explain better. Let's see.... Where to start? Well, we're going to be stealing eggs, from Mountain Reptiles, you know the horse-sized carnivorous lizard things that live in the mountains of Zafel? Oh yeah, we got to go to Zafel, forgot about that, you wanna get a horse before we leave?"
The werewolf hadn't even thought about how far they had to go or that a human, especially a smallish one like Trybit, wouldn't really be able to keep up with her on foot these days. "Now that I think about it... I should probably get a horse too, it'll be faster... But I think they're all scared of me."

Dark red eyes narrowed as she actually explained what was going on. "Eggs, from carnivorous raptors..that get as big as horses? Those Raptors? The ones that you can loose a limb for even thinking about attempting to steal from an angry nest mother?" He sighed in a most frustrated manner, unsure he was going to go through with this. "Yeah, horses would be a good idea. I can run fast, and walk for days, but a horse would be easier to get to the terrain."
He didn't like this idea. Not one bit. BUT, if he succeeded in helping her with it, he might gain a mount out of it, as well as impress her. Yeah right, impress her by dieing horribly as you're eaten. He wrestled with his inner dialogue, "Well, lets get going before I have the sane thought to tell you no." He stalked over to a nearby stall with plenty of horses rested for riding, and dropped his gold on the counter, "Two horses, and supplies for a long trip."

She laughed at his comment about how a sane person would disagree following him over to get the horses, and as he paid the werewolf couldn't help but wonder who's money the albino was using. After the person left to get the things Trybit had asked for and the two horses, Kami leaned over to tell him in a low voice in his ears, "I wasn't planning on letting you say no, you were gonna help me whether you wanted to or not." She moved away from him, smirking evilly. Sadly enough what she said was true, she would have forced him to help if he had refused, even if it had meant she would have had to tie him up and drag him to Zafel to do so.

He rolled his eyes, "I figured as much, it wasn't like a girl like you would take no for an answer." He smirked, though his frame was light, he could get out of her grasp most likely, not that he actually wanted to. He knew he was developing a crush on the little furry female, which was entirely strange and against most human's ideals. But his "mother" wasn't exactly human, and he'd seen more drow and anikal than most, and wasn't phased by it.
Hell he was white as a sheet, but she promptly kept poking at him, "And you wanted my talents why? I know I'm damn good at what I do already, but you seem to have an issue with thieving most of the time. What's so different about this time?" Couldn't find another partner? Last resort? What?" He really was curious as to why she wanted his help on this errand. Sure it was dangerous, but she could have had that older brother take her to do it or something. The man came back to give them saddles and supplies, and lead out a couple of decent looking horses, a Mare and a Stallion. He looked over the two while expecting an answer from Kami, and though the Stallion was eyeing him closely as though it was already expecting him to ride it, he chose to saddle up the Mare instead.

"Why? Hmm... Well, I don't want to bring anyone that I like, they might get eaten!" She replied calmly, waiting for his reaction before bursting out laughing and giving her real answer, "I trust you to get the eggs without being eaten, plus I thought you would like the reward, the guild master of Zafel is giving out 5 to 10 famepoints to each person who brings back six eggs, whether they're part of the guild or not. Plus you get to keep one of them, which I think would be an added bonus." She looks over at the stallion slightly nervously, holding his saddle in her arms, she moved toward the creature carefully, it seemed to move back nervously as it's instincts told it she smelled of danger.
Kami moved toward the horse again, "Come on, I'm not gonna eat you," she muttered under her breath, before pausing and looking at the thief, "I don't think it likes me..."

He looked at her measuringly figuring that only about half her reason was true, but then it was an anikal he was talking to, "Fame? Meh, only because it'll help me get where I'm going." He sighed, "Six eggs from those, so we have to bring back twelve?" He was starting to run the numbers in his head, they normally clutched quite a few eggs, "Do all the eggs have to be viable? Because A few might not make it on the..." He looked back and snickered at the fact that the horse was jittery around her, sure she smelled like a predator, but it wasn't that big a deal.
"You know if you don't act so distrusting of him, he won't be as scared of you. And you may not think that you come off as distrusting to anyone else, but to animals you do. Specially stupid ones like this." He shifted over to the stallion, tugged on his muzzle and looked the bird brain in the eyes, "If there's anyone you should be scared of it's me, I'm the one who paid for you, if you don't let her ride, I'll see about having you sent to a glue factory." The horse seemed to get that he was threatening it, and despite its fear of Kami's scent, it behaved.
Trybit took her saddle and stuck it on the stallion then offered his assistance in getting her onto her horse, all the while glaring at it to make sure it stayed so she could get on.

"I don't know if they have to be viable, probably are, we're suppose to be getting them for an animal researcher or something like that," she replied still watching the horse, though she shot the human a glare when he snickered. She pouted at his comment on the situation but didn't say anything despite wanting to deny what the boy said.
When he came for the saddle, the werewolf handed over without a fight, it wasn't like she really knew how to put the thing on a horse anyway the few times that she had actually ridden a horse someone else had put the saddle on for her. After he set it up, she went over trying not to seem nervous or anything like that, "Uh, thanks Trybit," she told him, before getting up on the stallion, and taking the reins.

He made note of the fact that they were supposed to bring back live eggs. It was going to be hard, and the places they were hunting them, as well as how they were supposed to get them back.
He only nodded to her thanks, giving the stallion one last glare before mounting his own horse, she seemed alright with the whole situation rather than spooked like the other horse, "It'll take us a bit, hopefully we won't get there too late." Without another word, he clicked to his horse and urged her forward at a steady pace, once they were out the gate, he'd find out how fast they'd have to ride to get there, knowing the two horses would keep up with one another.
"So, is there a time limit on this, or is it just an in general sort of thing? Plus if we're going to need to get them six viable eggs each we should take a few more, just to be sure that we have the required number. I don't want to get there after I've lost a hand or a leg, only to find that we don't have enough viable eggs for the job." He laughed a little, even though he didn't find it too funny.

"Sounds good to me, and we can stop for stuff for the eggs on our way there, and I don't think there is a time limit, there normally aren't on these kind of things." She replied nudging her horse to get it to start moving, "I don't think it'll be that dangerous, we can just use this idiot as bait for the raptors." She motioned at the horse she was on, a completely serious look on her face. "Now let's get going."

His eyes narrowed again, if we use him as bait and he gets eaten, we won't have enough room for both of us and all of the eggs." He shook his head and motioned for her to go first, "Lead the way crazy woman, I assume you have a map and a list of what you need to pick up and from where." He smirked sweetly at her.
This was looking even more like a bad idea, a very very bad idea. His instincts were telling him to run away. But his male pride would not let him back out at this point.

Kami laughed and led the way out the city gates, though once out of the city she slowed her horse so it rode beside the mare. "I don't see why I should lead, don't you know the way to Zafel?" she asked with a slight smirk. "Or you just want me to be in front so I won't be able to talk to you? That really doesn't work you know." The werewolf tail wagged slightly, she was happy he was coming with her though she wasn't actually sure why, "Though I do have a map," she told him pulling one out and waving it around before looking down at paper in her hand.
