"So, it's coming of your age is it son." A older man looked down towards a child around twelve years old. "You will be working in the fields with me from now on." The two of them were sitting in a nearly empty restaurant. A man with short black hair sat in the seat behind the father. "Isn't it a little too early for the kid to work." The man took a sip of his Ale. The father still looked at his son. "He has to learn principles of hardwork, and the simple life." He sighed. "We wouldn't want him being a pirate like his uncle would we?" The man laughed to his comment. "Come on son. Let's leave this rat's hole." The man got up, and moved past the father, and son. He tossed a bag towards the child. "See you around Rolland." He left the restaurant with a pair of blades on his back.
The father looked at the bag, and sighed. "What did your uncle get you, Isaac?" Isaac opened up bag to find a weird shaped fruit. He pulled it out of the bag, and put in on the table. "It's doesn't look that good." The father looked at it, and smiled. "You better eat it, or I will." He playfully reached for the fruit. Isaac snatched it, and started biting at it swiftly. He ate it down to the core, and put it down. "It tasted awful." He looked at his father, and felt his head. "I feel weird." Metal cufflings started to appear around his joints. His arms dropped to the table with a clank. "What are these on my arms." He picked them up to examine the cuff looking things on his arms. The father looked at the gears, and back at the worried look on his son's face. "I will find out. Stay here." He ran out of the restuarant.
The father ran up towards the man who was in the restaurant. "Harris" He put his hand on his shoulder. The man turned around to face his brother. "So, He ate the fruit. I assume." The father looked at him with an angry fruit. "What was did you do to the fruit." The man looked at him, and laughed. "Well, I wanted to set his fate. He will be a freak in this village. There is only one course for him now, and that will be with me." The father looked down, then back up. "I guess there is no other way." Isaac came out of the restaurant, and stood next to his father. "What's going on?" The father looked at him, and then towards his brother. "You are gonna live with your uncle for a while." The father pushed him towards the man.
Isaac woke up to find himself on his ship of the Axle Fury. "Eight years ago." He looked up at the sun, and shielded his eye with his hands. The gears wear still on his hand. "I wonder what my Life would be without that day."

several villagers are working, carrying firewood, moving about carts, repairing some of the houses and some are just having a good laugh. Just then a Man in a dark hooded cloak stands in the middle of the village, but no one seems to notice him. everyone seems to be moving in slow motion and everything goes silent as the man gazes upon a young man who was sitting not to far away form him. The man smiles and soon after vanishes and when he does everything seems to go back to normal speed and normal sound. the boy looks up to where the man was as if he felt some thing, one of his friends looks to him and ask . " whats up Trent? " another boy asked "ya you look pale all of a sudden. "while turning back to his friends Trent says with a cheerful smile and rubbing the back of his head with his hand " it's nothing i just thought i saw something" one of the boys laughed at him as he thought it was funny to say such a thing "saw something, nothing here but a bunch of boring old folks" After his friend had spoke Trent then looks back at the spot where the man was and thinks to him self " what was that feeling i had just now? "
It is now night time and Trent is out in the forest taking a walk with his hands on his head and looking up into the sky." It's kind of peaceful tonight"Trent smiles, but just then five Kunia fly at him, Trent seems to notice and jumps out of the way before looking in the direction they came form "whos there? show your self!!!" Trent say in a demanding tone, Just then a woman jumps out of the tree trent was looking at with two fans in her hand. A look of confusion came over trent " Alison? whats this about? "Alison looks at trent with a serious face after he asked her that question " You must always be aware of your surroundings Trent,you should be stronger than this. " Alison teased as she prepares to attack him again , Trent takes out a sword he had on his back and points it at Alison " we'll see who's the weak one , Alison. "Trent dashes towards Alison and slashes her with his sword, but to his surprise it was a block of wood. Alison then threw her fans at him, they started to spin like saws , but Trent dodged them both. two trees behind him fell over when the Fans hit them, as they had cut right through them like butter."To slow trent, have you learned anything? " Trent grips his sword tightly and dashes towards Alison again , Alison Jumped out of his way and trent tripped over a tree root and then hit the ground hard, when he did the ground beneath him caved in and he fell into an underground cave. Trent was out cold but a light shined over him. to him it had almost felt like a woman's hand had touched his face suddenly his whole body felt warm. soon a voice can be heard by Trent" Wake up Trent, it's time to Wake up. "
Trent opened his eyes to find Alison holding him and looking at his face "Damn my head hurts"Trent says while getting up and rubbing his head, he then looks at Alison who seems very upset "your so Clumsy. you need more training trent. I'm not going to marry some guy who can't even fight. " Alison teases , Trent makes a fist with his hand as he looks at Alison"I can fight Damn it. I just wasn't into it tonight is all, so just Drop it!!! "Trent violently moves his hand out to the side of his body and a bright light fires out form it causing an explosion. Alison was shocked and so was trent " What the hell was that? " Trent said in a surprised manner.Alison was to shocked to say anything, but soon after she spoke " Lets just get out of here and back to the village ok "Trent shook his head no "I'm not going back, i'm leaving the village to go train so i can get stronger ....... so this is good bye Alison. "
Alison could only watch as Trent climbed out of the cave. when trent Got top side the same man in the hooded clack was waiting on him "You have a power, that most Humans don't have. I know this power well. come with me and you'll learn to use that power to it's fullest "The man in the hood said with a grin on his face. Trent looked at the man strangely "you were that guy form earlier. wait so you mean to tell me you know what, that thing i just did was? and that you can help me get stronger? "the man nods yes to trent and he grinned sinisterly under his cloak "Come with me.....and you will have power. beyond your current expectations " while trent seems to be confused he decided to go with the man anyway.The moon seems to shine brightly over the two as they stand in the cold night

Osaki watched as Maroku and Shiiba left. He was a bit worried that Maroku would be a bit much for Shibia to handle, but he had faith in Shiiba's abilities. "I wounder what going to happen..." he said as he grabbed the video game and began to play Super Mario DS on a DS-I. Osaki looked a bit sad that he disband Team Concerto for his true team, but he knew he had to do it for the sake of Shiiba and many others that followed him in the past. As Osakiw as focused on the game he suddenly began to remember on of the saddest memories of his live, he tried to ignore it. But he than stopped play the video game and began to remember that horrible day. The day his own father said he was no longer his son.
([Flash Back])
He was born in a family full of top musicians, poets, writers, and sculptures. He remembered making that when he was in a violin concerto contest he was play Mozart's Third Concerto in G Major. As he played he he let out a sound that was graceful and elegant. A sound that no other competitor could match even with years to training, Osaki was a master of the Arts because of his families skills in them. But as he played on he hit a wrong not that turned into a sudden ten measures of wrong notes before he was able to get it back in. With his father looking on with a disappointed look on his face. Osaki tried to recover and regain the elegant sound like many musicians could, but couldn't...His father disappointment statements made Osaki upset and frighten of what was to come after the contest if he didn't place first.
At the End Osaki did place first, but his father only slapped him and said one statement. "They showed pity on you because of your family name..." before. Osaki than began to believe it was his mistake to have messed up, he had just lost his fathers love and approval because of one stupid mistake a choose not to recover fast, more cleanly. But whom could when your father only wanted perfection from you, a master of all the arts. But in his mind he failed his father and everything from that day when down hill. Osaki ended up living with his mother in Japan and his father wants nothing more of him.
His mother did everything she could do for him, She tried so hard and Osaki loved her for that. When she would call his father and ask him to speak to Osaki he would refuse and when he came to pay child support, he would act like Osaki wasn't even in the room and ignored his presents. It was a harsh child hood. His mother, though well-known too, she was very weak and got sick very easily so it was hard for her to provide for him.

Osaki suddenly woke form his day dream when a nurse asked him if he wanted a cup of water and tissue. He wiped his cheek and he was cry. "No thank you..." he said to the nurse that still left him a glass of water and left the room. Osaki seemed a bit down now, he was trying to forget that memory, but he still remembered it happened yesterday. He wanted to forget those hateful days with the happy ones eh was creating and through the friends he has made.

Reason for joining: I have always loved Naruto, the backgrounds, clans, and the many powerful beings within its world. The swordsman I found so interesting, and as such I wish to be one.
Please include an RP sample:
Tao stood in a clearing listening intently around him. He was being pursued by ninja hounds, whom their owner was he did not know. His eyes stayed on the ground and his face emotionless. His eyes darted forward and then to his left. There the leaves began to move then on his right, and once more behind him. The leaves all around him were moving now, growling erupting from the bushes and trees. His lips curled on one side and he crouched down, left hand behind his back, his right in the grass ready for the beasts to make their move.
Then it began. In a blur of fur and teeth two dogs came hastily out of the foliage. They soared as if they had wings, one aiming for his back, the other for his face.
Tao spun to his right, his heel catching the German Sheppard before him in its lower jaw, shattering the beast into a cloud of smoke. His right hand whipping around behind him grabbing the bull dog by its muzzle and dragging it over his head, slamming it into the ground. His right heel crushed its head leaving a pile of rubble. His eye caught the glistening plate of a head band as a hound dog ran on swift feet aiming for his throat, whilst four others decided to come from above. He chuckled to himself as he used his agility to find himself behind the hound. He grabbed it by the tail and raised it above him. He took it by the leg and met the others in the air. He struck a pit bull over the back with the Hound and watched them crumble. As he landed a husky took a shot for his neck only to be guided by Tao's hand to meet the throat of an oncoming Great Dane. As the last dog, an English bulldog, tried to get a bite in, it too was taken out, Tao's elbow meeting its eye and sending it into a tree back first.
Tao stood and looked around him at the heaps of dirt and rubble and shook his head. He wasn't this, a killer. He hadn't wanted this, but life has a way of straightening things out. "Toa..." He said shaking his head. "What are you doing..?" He walked over to a large hedge and stuck his hand within. He grasped a long sword hilt. He pulled it out quickly shredding the bush around it. "Sorry about that friend." He said respectfully to his blade.
"Forgiven..." It hissed back.

A man stood atop a hill in the middle of a flower field. The moon was shone down at an angle that allowed the man's body structure to cast a long shadow over the field below. As a dry wind blew past, a scream could be heard throughout the deserted valley. The lone figures head snapped to toward the origin of the scream. Another voice was heard, low and foreboding and soft. So soft, that the current breeze nearly stole it from the non-existing ears of the nearby flowers. "Found you." The figure began walking down the hill and as it's foot reached the base, it disappeared with little more than a sigh.
A few miles deeper into the field, an abandoned hut was stood between a forest and a small stream. No light came from within the shack as a clear sign that the residents were long gone. Another ear-splitting scream resonated from the wall of trees as a young woman stumbled out of the forest's deadly shadow. As she ran toward the shelter of hut, an ominous wind picked up blowing her black hair into her face. After taking refuge in the shack, she leaned her back against the door panting as if she had run miles.
The night was still and outside, the wind seemed to had died down to a light breeze. The woman looked about the empty shack for a weapon of some sort, but to no avail. She cursed lightly as a low moan came from the direction of the trees. A crashing sound imitated the moan which was accompanied by an eerie silver glow. The young woman looked out through one of the two windows supplied by the hut. She leaned back against the door as a bright yellow eye glanced into the room, it's eyes soulless. As she leaned in to take another look she realized eye and it's possessor was gone.
The woman looked to the second window opposite of the first and almost screamed again as a scaled body brushed against the glass surface, smearing a trail of red glowing liquid across the surface. As the glow outside died down, the young woman leaned back against the door once more to utter as sigh of relief; had not a groaning sound emitted from the shack walls. Her eyes grew wide as the walls began to slowly cave in as if being pressed on by an outside force from all directions. She yelped as the glass from the window burst from the pressure then decided she rather take her chances with whatever was out there rather than be slowly crushed to death.
Flinging open the door, the woman prepared to run, but was stopped by the penetrating glare of the giant beast in front of her. It must have been 40 feet tall even with the majority of it's ghostly body coiled around the small shack. It was looking back at her with it's piercing yellow eyes as it's forked-tongue flickered between it pale silver lips. As it let out a slow and prolonged hiss, it displayed several rows of sharp and curved fangs. Underneath it's extended jaw, several streams of blood trailed down it's natural silver and red body.
The woman smiled nervously to herself as she observed and took in this massive and fearsome creature. "So, he did get you." She stated as she swayed slightly at the feeling of a small breeze. "Serves you right, you slimy son of a-" She was unable to finish her sentence as the snake lounged forward to swallow her whole. A blood chilling screech echoed through the small plain. A man stood with his back to woman who was now holding her arms up as a mean of defense.
As she lowered her arms to see what had made the creature shriek, her once nervous smile turned into a full-hearted smirk. A man stood in front of her with his back turned and the snake no where to be seen. "Took you long enough, Gabriel. You didn't here me the first time I yelled?" Then man, now identified as Gabriel, looked to the woman with a raised brow. "You call that a yell? From where I am from we call that screaming." The woman stuck her tongue out at Gabriel, but he continued as he turned back to face the beast. "Besides you seemed to have been having fun aggravating it; but then again that is your speciality is it not, Sira-san?"
Gabriel didn't wait for an answer as the snake shot out from the woods in a lightining fast movement. He barely had time to grab Sira's arm and pull them both away from the strike before the already damaged shelter shattered under the immense strength of the demon. Gabriel stood up right again, unconsciously pulling Sira to her feet as well. "Stay out of this." He mumbled as he ran toward the snakes outstretched neck leaving Sira beside the stream. As he reached the snake he leapt high into the air, his arm pulled back in a mock punch, a small two white fragments protruded between his third and fourth knuckle as well as his fourth and fifth knuckle. Gravity quickly took it's toll as Gabriel fell back down to earth, positioned so he would land on the monsters neck. However the demon quickly coiled its neck back to where the rest of it's body was and left Gabriel's intended attack to bury itself in the ground. He looked up immediately to keep his eyes on the snake as he had learned before that once you lose sight of it, your screwed.
Gabriel kept eye contact as he began to stand up right. As the fist that was now in a crater, was pulled out, two pale white blade-like bones came with it. It took sometime for the bone to be released from the earth's grip as Gabriel made sure he made no sudden movements. After freeing the bones, Gabriel flicked his wrist in an attempt to gain the snakes attention. It worked; the snakes eyes flicked between Gabriel's face and his hand. It was so pre-occupied that it failed to register the kunai flying toward it's face until it actually made contact. It screeched once more as it turned it's head way from it's assailant, which was a bad move. A second kunai, this one with an explosive tag and a spirit tag tied to it, imbedded itself into it's neck. A flash of light and cloud of dust erupted from the snake. Gabriel had expected the snake would run off after such an attack. When the smoke cleared, it revealed that not only did the snake demon not move, but it's mouth was now held shut and leashed by a Kusari-gama (chained sickle) held by none other than Sira.
"Hurry, up Gabe. This thing isn't easy to hold down you know!" She was right; it was taking all of her strength and half of the newly arrived Hunter-nin just to keep it from slithering away. Gabriel wasn't one to look a gift horse in the mouth though. He aimed his fist toward the demon and with a sickening snap the bone blades were sent flying through the air. The snake's body twisted and turned in failed attempts to free itself from it's muzzle, but Gabriel's bones hit their mark. Unfortunately the beasts, stronger than steal, hide was barely scathed by the attack. Gabriel cursed as he realized his Kekkei Genkai wouldn't penetrate it's hard skin. "Fine, if I can't get through your skin, I'll go through something else."
With that said Gabriel once again sprinted at the snake. It momentarily stopped struggling as it glared at Gabriel's approaching form and made a hard jerk in his direction. The new and sudden movement of the snake caused most of the participants in the tug-of-war to release their hold or pulled them into the stream; giving the snake plenty of room to strike at Gabriel. However, it's mouth was still shut and Gabriel had full intention of going head on. As the demon's head became leveled with his, Gabriel leapt over it's mouth and came face to face with the snake. Two sharp bones escaped the flesh of his palms and in quick succession he thrust his palms forward, impaling the demon in the eyes, blinding it.
The monster jerked it's head skyward and Gabriel was sent flying through the air until gravity began to work again and he was falling back toward the beast. Unintentionally, the demon whipped it's body around in a quick thrash and it's tail slammed into Gabriel chest which resulted in him crashing back into the destroyed hut. Taking advantage of the blinded serpent, the hunter-nin surrounded it and laced strong cables wrapped in spirit tags around the demon. After it was secured, Sira ran over to Gabriel with a worried look. "You ok?" Gabriel groaned in response but sat up and after 10 minutes began to walk back over toward the captured demon. With his palms now back to normal, Gabriel laid his hand on the top of the giants head. It thrashed under his touch, but halted as it heard his icy tone. "You aren't going to be a problem anymore." The clearing grew quiet as a small crunch could be heard from the snake. After a second, Gabriel withdrew his hand from the beast and revealed a small hole on the top of the serpent’s head. With that done, Gabriel walked back into the forest ignoring the stares, cheers, and praises of the ninjas that had been troubled by the demon for so long.
((Eh, copy and pasted from my previous RP sample. If there are grammatical errors, I blame my microsoft word, it's out of date (1995) and until I can find my stupid 2007 one, I am up a creek without a damn paddle -_-' please ignore the stupid screw-ups. This damn thing says everything is fine, but I caught one or two problems. I originally had to write this with Notepad. Let me tell you...that was HELL. Enjoy, though >.>))

Artemis stood on a large cylinder platform that looked like it has shattered pieces of coloured glass embedded in it. Looking around him, everything was dark; no light other then the aura surrounding the surface in which he stood. A man appeared before him, his pales skin almost gleaming. Although he seemed angelic at first glance, his eyes were shrouded with deceit and lust. "Who are you? And... where are... we?" Artemis asked unsure if he really wanted to hear the answer. The man spoke, "That is none of your concern, YOU shouldn't even be able to pass though the barriers in which protect this gate. Thus..." the man looked grimly to the left, at his hand, and then to the floor. "I will have to dispose of you! And fix the leaks before the hearts are released."
"What? Dispose? Can I just walk away and pretend this never happened?" He asked nervously. "I’m afraid not... Its time, so just close your eyes an this will all be over soon," the mans voice deepened. "Wait NO!" he yelled as the man charged towards him. He was slashed at by something that resembled a key, his leg was hit as he leapt away, landing heavily on the ground. "Fine... I guess talking isn’t really an option here." He coughed stumbling to his feet. Artemis pulled out a small knife from the holder attached to his lower leg. Holding it backwards, he lunged at the man slashing rapidly at him, in no form obviously unskilled with a weapon. The man slid around as if he were on ice, easily avoiding the swipes. He dashed at Artemis, trusting his fist at his torso, Artemis saw his friends’ faces flash before his eyes as the large fist collided with his stomach, pressing with insane strength; he finally was shot through the air, hitting the ground with great speed, rolling to the edge of the platform. Artemis lay there motionless for a while, the man starring at what seemed to be a corpse. Artemis rose unstably to his feet once again.

This continued on for many more minutes. He ran at the man, and threw his knife at him, it spun through the air, and there were sparks emitting from it. Suddenly it flashed, beams of light scattering everywhere. Like the man, a key-like blade hurled towards the man. The mans eyes widened, and he dodged it, but it spun back, much like a boomer-rang, it hit the mans arm, knocking his blade from his hand. Artemis's knife was no more; now sitting in his hands was a large Key-Blade.
