I wish to trade my pokemon from Platinum to my Heart Gold game, but I don't trust people because these are legendaries and EV,IV, and natures trained pokemon... can I just get some emulator and trade to that, then trade to my HG? If yes then what emulator should I get for this?

That may be true, but once I am done with legendaries and the way too much time spent on making them good enough pokemon, I was planning on moving my collection over so I could sort them all out to try to catch them all, but I could never ask a mod for help with that, it would simply take way too much of their time

If you are wanting to trade just your EV trained team, some legendaries, I am sure it wouldn't be too much of a problem. After all, how many pokes are we talking about?

Maybe two or three trips with the legendaries and EV/IV/nature trained pokemon, but the rest is quite a few, quite a few indeed

Well you could buy another DS and that way trade to yourself.. I've been goind that way (but I borrowed my buddys DS) and I think there's also some linkstuff to wii and that way..
