Its called "Panel VL" and its "panels" are all VOCALOID characters.
Its free in the App store.

i doubt the people that made thing even know about gumi that much to put her in there and if they did she must be on a higher level

IDK, its pretty indepth.
When the sound is on a Miku song plays, and when you link four of the same block a sound clip plays depending on the character.
It may have came out before Gumi, but it does have Gackupo in it.
Also the characters are at random so, she would appear at any time.

I dunno about Gumi But I have got Akita,Haku,Gackupo and Teto a few times.. No Gumi as far as I've got though...But maybe they update with her in the future *shrugs* Also that isn't the only free app for the iphone..Miku[it's an app but it's just a 3D model if miku doing levan polka...Sounds cool but isn't] and IRenkon has also something to do with vocaloid too but since it is in japanese i don't really understand it purpose..
Other than that what are your PanelVL highscores? Mine is 4142
