It didn't take much time for the city council to organize and pass a set of hurdles for legitimate gun owners to have to leap over. Thankfully, the NRA has already rallied their legal team to tear down the walls Daily and his anti-gun forces have thrown up.

Better than before, but not by much. It's going to take more pressure before the Chicago politicians finally pull their heads out of their asses.

One gun per household, but it must be locked.

How the ******** are you supposed to protect yourself with a locked gun? Pistol whipping? This directly contradicts the Supreme Court decision that you must be allowed the right to DEFEND YOURSELF with a ******** Chicago.

Among other details, the ordinance allows only one operable firearm per household, meaning all other guns would need to have gun locks or be in locked cases.

Yeah I'm just going to go ahead and assume that the authorities are going to say only one gun per household and more than that lands your a** in jail.
