-keep it PG-16. romance is allowed, but only kissing. at the most making out, but don't go into detail
-no killing without permission although you can kill random enemies
-if you break one of these rules once, you will be warned, if you break the rules twice, you will be suspended for a certain amount of time (which rule you break will decide how long). three times, you are out.

Bio: Ron was a born soldier. He is a brilliant leader and knows how to communicate and inspire his team. he is confident, but not arrogant, and intelligent. He has a very charismatic attitude and likes to joke around with his team. However, he can get very distant when it comes to his past. He doesn't like to talk about it very much. From his left hand all the way to his left lung, it is a cybernetic replacement. He lost it in the Sentinel VII Massacre. More about Ron's past and this event will be revealed later in the story.
