Who is it and why? For me, I have to say South Italy and Prussia.
For S. Italy, I'm just not big on tsundere characters (America being an exception) and S. Italy puts the T in tsundere. I just want to shake him and tell him to stop being an asshat and confess your love for Spain.
For Prussia, I think it's more of how fandom made him up as this guy that is awesome instead of a guy that thinks he's awesome but isn't. And I am sick of the word 'awesome'. Never thought I'd say that.

my least favorite character (by far) is bal... -quits while i'm ahead- russia's sister stare she scares me almost as much, if not more, as she does russia himself
edit: belarus. that's the name i was thinking about

Turkey. I like the character, he's really awesome. BUT I'M PISSED THAT THEY MADE HIM SO WHITE IN THE SHOW! RACIST RACIST RACIST!!!
Hungary. Because she's a c**k block.
China. He just kind of annoys me.

I'd say my least favorite character would have to be Cuba. I don't really see him appear all that often and nothing about him has spiked my interest to make me look. Other than him I pretty much love all the characters.

Netherlands... he looks like Edward Cullen...

Dark_Passion_Poet Netherlands... he looks like Edward Cullen... I forgot about the Netherlands but yeah he's one of my least favorite characters too. He's just so...ughh.

Into A Newt Turkey. I like the character, he's really awesome. BUT I'M PISSED THAT THEY MADE HIM SO WHITE IN THE SHOW! RACIST RACIST RACIST!!! I wasn't surprised that they whitewashed him. Unhappy but not surprised. Japan is known for being really xenophonbic.

Fatalfeather I never really liked Prussia sad Yeah, I watched the epsiode where he invaded Austria and I was like 'God, he's such a a-hole'. I forgot about Sealand and Liechtenstein. I find Liechtenstein too cutie and boring but Sealand cracks me up sometimes.
