Hey! Ive wondered this for a while! Like with this event Jirachi from the wifi, can get one shiny from the guy in the pokemart? Like just keep soft resetting like you would for any other legendary! Does that work?

Natures and Ivs change so there should be no reason for shiny to not show up.
