I just got back from the theater and I feel like crying.
Not actual tears. But I feel like watching the movie with M. Night, pausing it every couple of seconds, grabbing his face and pointing it at the screen, while screeching, "See this?! What were you THINKING?!"
"Suekka" indeed.

OF COURSE IT WAS GONNA SUCK.
The director made many fail movies and the characters were ******** up.

I even kind of like the kid they used for Aang. He was decent. But he didn't act like Aang, he acted like an actor. You know what I mean?
Suekka wasn't his fun-loving self; Katara was a dimwit; Uncle Iroh wasn't fat and jolly but instead menacing and creepy. Zuko's scar is supposed to be distinguishing. Also, WTC was with the opening sequence?

This thread makes me smile. -w- My friend would not shut up about this movie ALL FRIGGIN' YEAR and I sad, "Dude, the movie's going to suck; just watch."
And what to you know! AHA! Time to go rub it in! XD

I haven't seen the movie, but i can already say that it's probably sucky. The dude is making the movie WAY too much like the TV show! I loved the TV show [Friendly mushroom! 8D] so this movie seems like some Real Life, way too similar remake of the show. [i give a cookie to anyone who watched that "friendly mushroom" episode and cracked up x3] it's pretty much expected that directors are going to screw up any TV show/book they can find in a failed attempt to make what some would call a "movie", but they usually mess the entire thing up by editing out great parts, sticking in sucky ones, taking amazing quotes, and other sh*t like that, but i really think that the movie is just some fail real life remake of the movie.
Mr. Night, epic fail =3= [i will say that the special effects aren't, too, bad, though <<]
