This is really stuped, i just got through a little runescape poleplaying and trying to adopt two kids and i get muted for no reason. i need help.

Jagex has to be really a**l about anything that can be related at all to real life, whether it was on a Role Playing server or not 'Adopting a Child' could be interpreted as a real request.
I know you are probably not going to like that explanation, but that's just how it works.

After all, there's an age limit for a reason, even though it's not completely followed and there are ROLE PLAYING worlds so people can ROLE PLAY.
