It was a cool night with a even cooler wind. The sun just set and most where getting ready for bed. But there still some out on this cold night. Nulis was one of those few that still wondering around for no good reason. He flick his tail and look around. He wonder why anyone would want to go sleep at this time! It a nice night, ok it cold but not as cold as it could be. Shaking his head he went on walking, not really sure where he was going.

The wind blowing through his mane as Karvs moved at a rapid pace across the plains. Karvs loved running at top speed, the sensation almost made it seem like he was flying, because flying something a Super Hero could do! Unaware of anyone else in the area, Karvs would roar out as he picked up in speed. In his mind he was chasing after the kidnapped lioness, who he was honor bound to save. Often he would imagine himself as if he was doing some great feat that no other lion could do.

Nulis could hear a roar not so far from him. He sigh and look around. He could see something red running around. Now what in the heck was this red flash doing. Slowly Nulis creep up to the red flash to see that it was a lion. What in the world was this guy doing. Nulis shook his head and hide in a tree making sure the fool could not see him. He really want to see what this fool would do next.

Coming to a halt near the tree, Karvs cautiously approached a bush. Staring at it, he growled and took the pouncing pose. "At last! Amphy'Volta makes her move!" Karvs continued to growl at the bush before leaping into it. The bush began to rustle and shake wildly as Karvs dished out justice upon it. "You are no match for me minion!" he roared as he leaped out of the bush, covered with leaves and twigs.

Nulis look shock as this red lion! This guy was nuts! Nulis began to laugh as hard as he ever did. He almost fell out the tree. This was to funny. Nulis was sure glad that he walk this way. He listen as the nut case talk. Did that fool just say minion? All come on this guy need help! How in the world can a bush be a minion. Then Nulis had a great idea! He was going to mess with the poor guy. "You be mess with me Minion! Begone fiend before I hurt the lady!" He said with a laugh. This was going to be fun.

Karvs sniffed the air around him, and looked towards the tree spotting the leopard sitting in it. Thinking a moment he paced around the tree keeping his eyes on the leopard. "Has Amphy'Volta finally sent a real goon to take care of me?" He paused for a moment and checked his surroundings. "Haha, I'm sorry Mr. Goon, you shall not beat me on this day!" Karvs took position and watched the leopard carefully.

He laugh again. Yup this guy really did think he was a super hero. He laugh again and just look at the poor kid. "Goon huh! So it be! O'Nulis here is not a plain Goon. He the leader of the Goons! Hahahaha!" He said with a hard laugh. He was having so much fun. He really glad he met this poor fellow. With his tail Nulis took a small part of the tree bark and put in his paw. "You think you beat me!? Ha! Get ready boy!" He said as he threw the bark. Making sure it would hit next to the red lion.

With a quick motion, Karvs turned, his tail swooshing through the air it hit the piece of bark back up towards the tree, just a few feet shy of where the leopard sits. "It will take more then that to defeat the likes of me, Goon!" Charging towards the tree, Karvs climbed up to just in front of the leopard, biting a small branch to the side of him, and dragging the branch down. Tossing the now broken branch to his side, Karvs let out a loud overly fake laugh HA-HA-HAH! "Evil shall not win against the forces of Justice!" Karvs regained his pose stance, watching and waiting.

Nulis shook his head again. Was that red lion gonna hit him or not? Nulis saw the red lion charging for the dang tree! What in the world was wrong with this guy but hey it fun none the less. Nulis jump off right before the red lion broke it. Nulis laugh again. So much fun! This was great, he laugh again with joy. "HAHAHA! Come on, O'can do better then that. I reckon I be taking it easy on ya but no more! HAHAHA!" He said with laughter. With a flick his tail he threw dirt into the red lion face. He laugh once again.

Jumping to the side, Karvs was just barely able to dodge being hit in the eyes. Shaking it off, Karvs glanced up, and noticed the stars, it was getting late, and he most certainly didn't want to get caught out in the darkness away from home. With a silly grin on his face, he rose his head. "You leave me no choice, I shall vanquish you using my .." pauses for a moment to glare at him in the eyes "..Secret Technique!" he stepped a few paces back and roared a few times. Making some odd movements it was like he was charging up for this secret technique. His shoulders swaying, his right paw raised off the ground clinched together and kind of held back. This battle would end with just a single attack.

Nulis look at the lion. Now what was he doing? This fool gone crazy! Did he say Secret Technique? What the heck is a Secret Technique? Nulis shook his head again. "HA Like that would work on like of O'Nulis! I be to good for that! then I will use my awesome thing on you!" He said with a laugh like he always do. He wonder what this guy going to do next. This was still fun. Nulis bet that this Secret Technique was going fun too!

After several moments have passed, Karvs began to charge full speed at Nulis. His mane is waving in the wind he leaps towards Nulis, paw extended and landing just before him, he stops, his paw rested on Nulis nose, Karvs grinned and burst out in laughter. "Your a fun one to play with Boy-o!" Karvs fell back on the flat of his back laughing hard. "Most people just call me names and run away."

Nulis just blink as the lion run up to him. Did he just touch his nose. Nulis grin and fell back and laugh with him. "So are you! Hahaha! You got me there! I reckon I thought you was a nut but you not!" He said as he laugh. He flick his tail and laugh again.

Karvs got up, dusted himself off and smiled. "I'm Karvanis" he said gently. "Its a pleasure to meet you Boy-o." he started taking a few steps towards the direction of his Den. Maybe I'll catch you out here again someday. And with that Karvs was off like the wind again, running off into the distance. A loud roar could be heard follow by "Till we meet again, Mr. Goon!".

Nulis Laugh once again and got up. "Nice meet ya and I'm Nulis! See ya around!" He said. He smile as he saw Karvanis run off. That was fun for the night. With that Nulis walk off with a smile on his Face. Not really sure where he was head but this time with a pep in his step.
