Full name: Fuku Biingu-kei
Nickname: His name is really a nickname in and of itself. His last name is the word for luck or fortune, and his first name means "Being-system". Sometimes people call him Kei, sometimes the braver ones call him Strawberry boy, or Strawberry.
Reason for Nickname: He doesn't use his real name, if he even has one. His name reflects how he feels about the world he is in. Fuku, or Kei, are just shortenings of his name; Strawberry is pretty self-explanatory. He does have red hair, after all.
Age: Fairly young.
Eye Color: Lavender-white
Eye Shape: Narrow, slanted
Glasses or contacts?: Blind in the conventional sense.
Hair color: Red with brown/black roots.
Hair length and style: Mid to short, messy. Photo-ref coming soon xD; Since I used one for his drawing-ref.
Face shape: Angular and narrow, unlike his ref >.>;
Skin tone: A cinnamon-brown, could be a tan for all it's light enough.
Distinguishing features: He's blind, has snakebite piercings on his lower lip and piercings all the way down his left helix. He has white markings etched all over his body, which almost seem to glow. Are they scars?...
Health Condition: Conventionally blind, though his ability makes up for it.
Overall Constitution: Never really gets sick, but he's not about to pick a fight with that scrawny frame. Or is he? That jacket is pretty big on him, it conceals more than it reveals. He's pretty fiesty for someone so skinny, though he prefers fortune telling.

(If Soulborn) Social Status & family: Kei feels like he was not Soulborn, but since he has had no constant upbringing he doesn't really know.
Occupation: Tells fortunes, works at a "shrine" for donations and such, he sells charms and his own fortune-telling services. Has been reported to sell other, less reputable services.
Faction: Kariya & Co??
Talents/Skills: Violin, fortune-telling, lying, escaping, healing. His primary talents lie in healing. He also has a reiki ability which allows him to see. Strawberry uses cards, trinkets, runes, etc... He can pretty much divine with anything, and he's not entirely sure he needs an object in order to divine, but he uses one anyway, because that's how he was taught. Most of the time he just fakes a reading based on things his mother taught him about reading people and their responses for a "prediction" of their future, but sometimes his reiki sight unveils something about a person which gives Kei a sudden insight into some limited aspect of their future. Things like, they'll get married soon, or they will lose a good friend.
Relationship skills: Easy-going, he makes friends with almost anyone. Holding those friendships, or developing them, is where Kei has trouble. He's very flighty and though he wishes to be close to people at first, he's constantly in search of better prospects. He is, nevertheless, very charming; when spending time with Kei, it feels as if he loves only that person. It is almost never true, however. Kei is fickle, and at times he may wish to see someone every day, and a few weeks later he might discard them.
Habits: Almost a compulsive liar at times. Tends to separate his friend-life from his solitary life rather neatly; unless he's socializing, he wants nothing more than to be left alone. His friends are not welcome in the time he spends alone, and it is rare he allows anyone to see the kind of person he is when he isn't socializing. He likes to be the belle of the ball, so to speak. Kei also keeps his hands busy by flipping an old trinket of his, small and round, with convex sides.
Hobbies: Very fond of, well, we'll call it pursuits of the flesh. Apart from that, he loves playing music for people. In his spare time, he likes playing card games or sneaking around the district.
Virtues: Gentle to the injured or sick, patient when focused, easy-going. Never surrenders, never gives in, typically very optimistic.
Flaws: Lies, flighty, capricious. Kei is not very thoughtful, in the long run; although it does make him sad, sometimes, when he hurts his friends, he simply does not want to change his flightiness.
Overall Personality: Kei seems a little like someone who, although he can sit still, would rather not be doing so. He tells lies as if they were fairytales and has little interest for the factual world around him. Although he demonstrates a desire for family, his flighty nature betrays those desires. He builds a family of companions based on those that interest him, and when he's bored, he leaves; he almost always returns at some point in time. Sometimes people have said that he hold things in his heart, he just needs to get away for a while to remember that.
Personality key question: How would your character spend a rainy day?: Kei would wake up late, wrap himself up in blankets, and go for a "poor gypsy" motif while working at the shrine. He would probably refuse to leave the shrine awning, as he loathes getting wet. Business would be conducted as usual, though since almost no one visits the shrine when it rains, Kei would probably read his own fortune with cards and a set of smooth rocks he had etched symbols into. They are a unique system, made for Kei, and Kei alone. As soon as the sun had set, or Kei had made enough profit for the day, he would drag himself right back to bed and sleep under the biggest pile of blankets you will probably ever see.
How do they dress?: When on his own time, in a ripped, powder-blue suit jacket, white pants and his red/brown pinstripe vest. At the shrine, he tends to dress all in black with white symbols very similar to his skin bleached all over the cloth. A lot like a traditional shrine outfit for monks, worn as seriously as Kei can manage.
Favorite Sayings: "Who knows what the stars hold? Well, apart from me." "What a surprise." "The planets are aligning just for you and me, sugar." "Blind? I see better than you ever will."
Vernacular: Tends towards the sarcastic when a touchy subject is broached. If he can make fun of something, he probably will. Otherwise, his speaking is very casual, almost sloppy. Tends to throw in terms of endearment wildly.
Overall Style (Elegant, shabby etc.): A little flamboyant and unconcerned with others' opinions of him. A little like a whirlwind smashed head-on into his house and he came out looking fashionable, if slightly confused about what he was doing there.

Abilities: Healing and Reiki Sight.
Signature Technique: Kei's signature ability, the one he is most comfortable with, is his reiki-sight. He is physically blind, but think almost of a bat's echo-location: Kei can feed off Reiki channeled by others. If there are no living beings who have Reiki about them, he can bounce his own Reiki off of inanimate objects or empty spaces to get an idea of the layout. He can see into things and into people; often, he gleans an idea of someone's abilities and motives based on their energies. This is more of a passive ability, and Kei does it without effort or much expenditure of energy.
His other ability is what he calls his Lucky Touch. Whatever he touches has "luck"; the desires of the user are reflected in that object. For example, if a woman wanted to never lose her wedding ring, she could bring it to Kei to be blessed; whenever she lost her ring, she would somehow find it again a day later in the most unusual places. Kei has no control over this ability's manifestation, he can simply assure someone that unless the object is cursed, he can bring it luck. His touch also applies to the injured. Wherever Kei touches has increased natural healing and will surely become well again in time. Kei's Lucky Touch can be thwarted by cursed objects, cursed wounds, etc... they would have to be cleansed first. Kei does not know how to cleanse, nor control his Lucky Touch very well, since he never had any formal training. Given a mentor, Kei probably has it in him to cleanse as well as enhance the healing aspect of his Lucky Touch. Lucky Touch, though Kei does not understand or know this very well, works by "tuning" an object to its owner's reiki. He uses certain balms or mixtures on objects, and he doesn't realize it, but his first mentor learned to make those mixes as a kind of reiki sealant. When he holds the object, he draws the reiki of its owner to the ring and then seals it with the mixture. That way, the owner is drawn to their item, and linked to it. The sealant fades after a while, and will have to be re-attuned, much to Kei's delight and his customers' ire.
Lucky Touch speeds healing in a variant way of tuning; instead of tuning and object to its owner, Kei encourages the unhealthy tissues, or the painful ones, to "tune" to the energy of healthy ones. If the client has none, he can tune the sick to a healthy person. The healthy person should never get sick, when done right; Kei, as far as he will say, has never made anyone sick during one of his Lucky Touch healings.

Reigen name: Natsu no nayamashii (Melancholy/Seduction of Summer)
Container: His carved stones, normally used for fortune-telling.
Reigen false-form: A miniature lightning-storm of pent-up reiki surrounding Kei, after he has laid out three or four of his stones around him.
Release: Natsu no nayamashii, I can't help but give in to your sweet slumber.
Reigen false-form ability: The lightning, which is concentrated and raw reiki, lashes out wildly in his vicinity. A layer of super-charged reiki covers his prone body, as he is unconscious for this phase of his reigen.
Reigen true name: Natsu no ketsueki wo yudemasu (Summer of Boiling Blood)
Reigen true-form: This form is a little odd. Essentially, the lightning storm is concentrated into a kind of blade, and Kei wakes, but he's not Kei. It's almost as if Kei becomes part of the container. Are the stones really a container in the first place...? Or is it within Kei all along?
Release: "I have found my true self; wake, Natsu no ketsueki wo yudemasu!"
Reigen true-form ability: Kei's reservations, his sweet side, his virtues; all of them are erased. He becomes the vessel for a fierce kami who will not stop fighting until the blood of his enemies has been shed. This takes an extreme toll on Kei's body, though Kei blocks the experience out, mentally.
