I need help with something. One of my ideas for next year's Acen is to cosplay as Harpie Lady. I know what to do with my hair: straighten it and put red color in it (or get a wig if it comes to that).

I don't know what materials to use for the cyber shield- I don't want it to be too heavy or too light. Also, I don't know what to use for the feet. I'm thinking of also making a rose whip, but it's debatable. Also, I need to use something for the wings and tail feathers. Can you please help me?
