Wacheza sunk to the ground, exhausted after a long day. He loved his new family and his cubs... but it was certainly a lot of work and running around! They were playful, adorable, sweet, and extremely energetic, which was something Wacheza had never been since he was a child. Even when he had been young he had spent his time staring off into space... but this was different. And he actually loved every moment of it. That was what surprised him the most.
He loved his cub's silly games. He loved spending time with them and Akai, showing them his butterflies and the ocean. Nature at its best... and they would play all day, all of them together, like he had when he was a child. It was all just so... nice. So pleasent... he hadn't expected that. He hadn't expected to be happy. Well, no, he had expected to be happy... but not this happy. Everything was just perfect! He had everything going for him. Perfect mate, lovely children, kind-hearted parents... everything had gone right for him. His whole life.
"Everything is perfect..." He smiled widely, looking up at a butterfly on his nose as they settled around him. The children were all alseep... he wondered where Akai had gone. To get something to eat maybe? He wasn't sure... he wanted to go to bed as well, just not before he got a chance to see the sunset.
