Hello. I was wondering if in double battles a pokemon could use softboiled or milk drink on it's teammate. Sorry for the simple question, but google shockingly didn't do much for me.

Nope. In-battle, Softboiled/Milk Drink only affects the user; only out-of-battle, can it be used to heal others.
