Background: Richie joined the LEP right out of high school. He was happy to help anybody in need and stop the pesky goblins and giants. His mother was one of the few female LEP officers that were succesful at being an officer so he decided that he would continue the family tradition.
Personality: Nice, playful but serious when needed. Careful when needed but can be over confident every now and then.
Theme song (optional): None as of yet.
