Curse Seals

Rules:
1. Orochimaru's Clone And One Other person can give the Seals only (The other person will be picked at a later time)
2. Those given a Seal do not have to obey the person who gave it to them but after so many uses the owner must do everything the person who gave them the seal commands.
3. 1 seal per rpc, Hosts cant have a Seal
4. Can only use Once per Fight
5. Curse Seals 1-9 Are the same strength, 10-11 are the strongest

Process of getting a seal:
1. Your rpc has a 50% chance of dieing.
2. A roll system will determine if your rpc lives or dies. If your Rpc lives, you bust spend 10 posts going through the pain of getting a Seal.
