(this is for the dark brotherhood and the part when you have to kill the brothers and sisters in HQ) all you have to do is kill vincent valeri and take his sword. you may have to drop some stuff because it weighs alot. kill every member of the family and with his sword it should be easy. when you are done you can take the sword or drop it and get the stuff you dropped. but vincent valeri is a vampire and he offers you the dark gift before you do this quest. if you want to be a vampire (and beleve me it kind of sucks) talk to him about it and when you go to sleep (do this BEFORE you kill him) you will wake up a vampire. good luck! biggrin

Or you can just take all the food from all the cabinets and replace them with poison apples. The only inconvenience of this quest is that you must kill the kahjiit, who is the only person ever who will sell you poisoned apples. And you can become a vampire easily from the "Order of the Virtuous Blood" quest in which you kill the sadistic vampire Seridur.
